Had to buy a radiator cap for my pt cruiser. The service was prompt and helpful. They had what I was looking for and the guy came out to my car to help me take a look at my overflow cap and make sure I had it on right. So I appreciated that

I had the pleasure to have Phil replace my battery. I called prior from another store location which they were very helpful as well (Churchland location). I pulled up to the store and was greeted outside by Phil. He was friendly and very pleasant. We need more associates like this. He is a good example of customer service. Keep up the good work!

They didnt have what I was looking for at the time

This store was not clean like other locations. It appeared that there was blood on the floor rite by the front counter, the flooring was very dirty & the store smelled like a dirty washcloth. I will continue to go to another location.

Slow slow slow if your not in any kind if a hurry this place is perfect.

Kevin is very knowledgeable and nice to work with. He has helped my husband and I on several occasions, each time with great customer service. The store overall is fine, convenient to home. Been to one you been to them all...customer service and general auto knowledge is what makes the difference.

My boyfriend comes here a lot, so I definitely know my way around this part store. But we noticed they have recently increased their pricing and we found that other auto parts stores are much cheaper with better quality.

I just filled a complaint on them to the better business bureau!! they sold me a car part that they said is non-returnable but they never told me that when I bought it and its not on the receipt and they said theres nothing else they can do for me. I want my $70 bk. and they have lost my business a!!I & Ive going there for over 12 years now.

I thought Advance Auto was a chain... I tried to return a part for warranty at this store since I was right next door anyway figured i would save myself a trip & they acted like they didnt know what to do or just straight up didnt want to. Kept saying you got this from this store? I was like yeah you ARE Advance Auto right? As they reading my receipt that says Advance Auto. I gave up and went to the store i bought from (my usual down Airline) and had zero problem. ✔ moral of the story: go to Airline store

I buy the parts online and they have them ready to pick up within 30 mins to an hour. You can join the speed perks program and get parts at a discount on top the already discounted price. They even give a 10 percent Military discount on in store purchases.

Never have what you need in stock. Even if they do have it they say not in stock or we dont carry it. Also coupons never work

Always have to wait as they are always busy. They are some hard working people in this store who take good care of their customers.

Horrible experience here, I have been here many times, and I have decided that I really do not want to come back, I just got to AutoZone down the street, the last time I was here today, I got a bad attitude from the employees, no helpfulness! Slow! so slow. i once watched the line wrap around the store while 3 other employees basically ignored the whole store waiting to be rang up while the one open register struggled to get each order paid for. if your in a hurry to get back on your project dear god find some where who cares about the customer!
