I stepped one step inside the door before adjusting my mask to be over my nose, was verbally attacked by 3 men, talking to me like I was two inches tall(mind you by this point Im upset and not being nice in return) my point is that I left the store after he denied my business in tears. I then walked to another liquor store up by the library, only to be told that I wasnt the first woman to be treated like that they had another person come in with my same story. Funny part is I have NO problem wearing a mask, but shouldnt have to be treated like this!?!!?

I miss the prior owners/employees. The people working there now act as though theyre doing you a favor by selling you a product. Come on; I know-I know-in Portland, its cool to be too cool. But say thanks. Or try and smile. You have a super easy job. Be thankful for that!

This place used to be cool, but with the new ownership they suck. They want $9.00 a pack for all their cigarettes. Anything you buy will cost you more except for the liquor. Thanks for the state on that because who knows what they would charge.

Good selection

This liquor store is in a high foot-traffic area of downtown Portland. Great selection friendly staff and also a great place to refill your Growler with local Portland Brew.Lottery also available.

I have visited this liquor store every few weeks over the past 5 years. Recently they have undergone a transformation. They have attempted to make it upcale by eimiting pints and any inexspensive fifths. I understand the desire not have to serve those less fortunate or the homeless however not all their regular patrons want anything more than a pint every couple of weeks or a few mini bottles for stocking stuffers. They have seriously limited their selection and their customer service is horrible. I have been in twice since the change and the same person helped me. I found her rude. She was not friendly just cold and robotic..Unfortunately for them there is another store just a 10 minute walk from them that has a huge selection including pints and mini bottle and a very friendly customer service. I will not be back.

Stopped in the other day, while doing business downtown, to avoid another stop while riding the bus. Ive been a frequent customer of this place since they moved from next door to Hubers in the early 90s. So Ive got to know the people working there over the years.Anyway, like all things these days, or maybe because downtown Portland has become a cross between an outdoor homeless shelter and post apocalyptic zombie zone, it was sold and has new owners who are still trying to get their sea legs.Gone are lower end spirits, locally made cocktail condiments, growler fill station, lottery and pleasantries. I wish them luck. And, I hope, an improvement on their people skills. I felt as welcome as a skunk at an afternoon tea party.

Great service and selection

The employee I dealt with was not knowledgable about products and I ended up going home with the wrong bottle. When I went back to exchange it, the same employee needed a managers help. Return went smoothly otherwise, and they made the replacement.

This business SUCK! They obviously dont understand customer service and are oblivious that the sole function of a liqour store is to SELL booze. Walked up @ 7:00 pm and they had a employee standing there telling people/should have been customers that they were closed. 5 people literally looked at each other in bewilderment. Guess you dont like 💰

The lady wouldnt take my $20 bill because it had a small rip in it. I never even heard of this and ended up just leaving and going somewhere else.

They have a very small space but still maintain a good selection. Everyone was friendly and courteous and I would shop here again.

Called to ask if they had a specific liqueur, they said yes. Came in ten minutes later and the lady couldnt find it and wouldnt go ask the person who answered the answered the phone.
