Located in Bethany Village, this is a great Ice Cream shop that has lots of favor choices. Highly recommend coming by.Parking in adjacent shopping center in plentiful.

My first visit the vegan soft serve machine was down which was a bummer, especially since thats the reason for the visit. However they had some vegan scoops available, which we tried. They were both delicious and Im glad we tried them.Second visit we were able to try the vegan soft serve. Its FANTASTIC! The flavor and texture is there and I love having this establishment so close to me!

Completely blown away at the customer service here. Girl with french braids and young guy were the sweetest and it felt like they wanted to be there and help. First time here and I tried their ice cream. I love their unique flavor choices. I look forward to trying them all.

We love this neighborhood ice cream shop. They keep adding new flavors periodically to the menu which are supposedly inspired by their travels around the world. I have loved some of their Indian flavors myself. They also have delicious boba tea. The place has limited seating, but is never too crowded.

Delicious ice cream with no additives or preservatives...just yummy authentic flavors. Gorgeous Strawberry with local strawberries and Mint Stratietella is where its at! My daughter loves the cake batter!

Cup & Cone offer incredible ice creams - perfectly smooth and delicious (I have had multiple flavors). My favorite is one of the monthly limited editions - Lavender Green Tea - it is probably the best ice cream flavor I have ever tasted in my life.Also, got a beautiful and delicious personalized cake back in October for my nieces Paris-themed 10th birthday.Highly recommend!

Cup and Cone is an amazing local small-batch ice creamery in the Bethany area. So far, Ive had five of their flavors, and all are excellent. But I have to take my hat off to their Oregon Strawberry ice cream and their #1 best flavor, SALTED CARAMEL. They make their own caramel, and their caramel makes life worth living! OK, maybe that was a bit of an exaggeration, but Im quite enthused about those two flavors in particular. Also worth noting are the mint chocolate and the chocolate brownie ice cream. Vanilla bean is excellent.Friendly, local owners + great quality product = win win.

Best ice cream I have ever had! The cookies and cream is incredible and the mint is great if you are like me and love a true minty flavor that isnt too sweet. Good price for the quality and generous serving and super nice employees! I will definitely be coming back to try more flavors.

Great find. The ice cream was great. I had the carrot cake ice cream. I also appreciate all the pro-environment choices like being organic and using metal spoons and unwaxed paper cups.

Im a huge ice cream lover, and Cup & Cone is probably my favorite ice cream in the entire Portland area. The ice cream is fantastic, and the rotating flavors include classics, as well as unique flavors from all around the world. The vegan sorbets and the boba are also quite good with lots of flavors to pick from. The shop is super cute and the employees are always happy, friendly, and accommodating. My absolute favorite flavors are the bourbon butter pecan and rum raisin, and I dont even like raisins - thats how good it is!

I love the local flavors and international flavors. Last month, I REALLY enjoyed the Honey Lavender. This month, I LOVED the Key Lime Pie. Cant wait to see what comes next month!

Got rose cardamom, salted sage with pecans and pistachio ice creams. They were all very good. Taste was exceptional. Definitely recommend.

I’ve had their ice cream many times and it is great. But let’s talk about their bubble tea: it is the BEST bubble tea I’ve ever had. I’ve tried Share Tea both in Oregon and Seattle which you cant go wrong with. I have also tried other local shops in the Portland area. However, tonight I tried the bubble tea here..AMAZING. Best...Ever. It’s about the same price as anywhere else too. Do yourself a favor and try it some time. I promise you won’t regret it!

Really disappointing, especially at their price point. The flavors appeared super promising, and the shop was cute, but there were a lot of problems. For starters, the ice cream was not frozen all the way through. I had to race to east mine because it was practically soft serve consistency when it was handed to me. And not all of the flavors were on the menu. There were some in the case that weren’t on the board. Plus, the waffle cone I paid an extra $1 for was so soft and chewy I was literally able to fold it in half without it breaking. Which means it was either very under baked, or had been sitting out for a very long time.The ice cream had good flavor, and the customer service was friendly. But if you’re going to charge prices comparable to Salt and Straw, you absolutely need to perfect the details. We may give it another shot at some point, but today’s visit was not impressive.

Absolutely the best ice cream around! Huge selection including Vegan - really hard to pick a favorite but we manage to every time! Cozy place to sit and relax while out shopping or take a pint or 2 home. Other tasty treats as well!

I always make it a priority to visit Cup & Cone when I visit Portland. I dont know what I love better - the cool vibes or original flavors of ice cream. Im always met with such warm smiles and it makes me feel good to know that their treats are all natural and without artificial ingredients. I also enjoy the international and seasonal flavors and your life will not be complete if you dont try the pistachio, honey lavender, and rum raisin.

Wonderful creamery! Great flavours! This month they are hosting a variety of indian flavour including rose cardmom pistachio and saffron pistachio which are awesome. Kulfi and chikku are equally delicious. Absolutely recommended!

I just got a bubble tea and it was very yummy, although I didn’t know how to read the menu so I kind of chose something random, I think the menu should be easier to read!

I do like the place for the sheer amount of variety flavors they have, pretty clean and good service... place to visit again for Bubble teas and Ice cream.

The perfect place for families or even a business meet up. The Nutella ice cream and chai ice cream are SO GOOD, but my absolute favorite item here is the chai tea. Its spicy and authentic and a must-try. Weve come here with our 1.5yr old, and the shop decor is open and bright with a fun chalk board for kids to doodle.
