The guy who owns this store or works here has the customer service skill of a hungry rooster. The minute you step in the door, you wont see a smile, a wave, or a happy greeting. Youll be introduced to a stare and a facial expression similar to what you get if you were to drop your great grandmothers fine china dish. I asked if they had penicillin and was verbally attacked like I was a drug dealer. If you like confrontations and a good hard stare-down, youll like this place. Its like one of those old western movies where you walk into a bar and everyone looks at you like you are from another planet. No thanks, Ill take my business somewhere else where people know how a business works. They can sell their herbal stuff to invisible customers, because I think thats what they prefer.

OJ is a miracle man. Everyone writing negative reviews are not focused on the purpose of his practice, medicine. Ive had many issues that doctors couldnt help me with, and Ive been In the medical industry for over a decade, working at mayo clinic in the cancer ward and opening multiple businesses with acupuncturists and naturopaths. I have yet to find any who has the amount of herbs, knowledge and hands on practice he has. If you dont want to hear the truth or take full responsibility for your health issues, this place is not for you. If you need someplace to look like a hospital, go to a hospital instead where they treat the symptoms instead of the problems. If your serious about getting better, this place will over exceed your expectations, if you put in the work!

I had a health problem that was gradually getting worse, I had seen two physicians for this problem, and they recommended supplemental hormone replacement. But that would not solve the root of the problem, and would only provide a temporary fix by artificially replacing what the body should be making naturally. I heard positive experiences from a few people I know personally that had visited OJ’s herbal shop, so I came in. He is very knowledgeable in Chinese herbal medicine and has spent much time studying it, and he knew what I needed. After following the diet and herbal regimen, my problem resolved. It took some time, as any natural, wholistic method would, and it was worth it. Thanks OJ! More of us who were helped need to take the time and leave a review.

Went to this shop because the one I usually visit was closed for vacation. This was the closest alternative. Once I opened the door I regretted it. Proprietor was super nice and amicable, but the shop was dusty, dirty, and looked like he was just moving in or out. Boxes stacked everywhere. Had an aquarium I asked about; one fish looked desperately sick. He said it had a cancer and had been suffering 2 yrs, but he could not kill it, even though everyone told him to. I just had to leave heartbroken for the fish and disgusted by this business.
