Derek and many others in there are amazing. Their team in this location has been super helpful for my partners pain as well as my spinal pain from military injury. They have been helpful with sleep and anxiety and things that can hit all of the above all at once. Theyre very very knowledgeable at this location and beyond friendly. Multiple times they have helped me out even when they didnt have to. They also have a awesome program for keeping you up to date with sales. Delivery is also beyond friendly and super cool. Its easy to go here and talk with the staff if you are curious or in need of some guidance. 5 stars is not enough!!! Derek alone gives these guys a 10 star+ rating if I could just because of his customer service experience he has shown my partner and I no matter how busy they are or get.

About 1/2 the time I come here Im greeted in a friendly way, and 1/2 the time some fratboy type will step into an aggressive security pose, feet planted and elbows out/ hands on hips, as if to block my advancement into the store. I understand that they are located across from one of the worst stretches of homeless blight in SE Portland, but if the staff is so worried about impending attack, why is the front desk perpetually unmanned? I wont be back to find out.

Derek does a great job of being welcoming and does an amazing job trying to find the right product for you individually. My partner and i have been struggling to sleep and they helped us find a product that was both afforable and very effective for both of us. 10/10 would reccomend.

Sean is just ok at his job. But I gave 5 stars because he is good looking and thats really the only reason Im putting in any effort to write this. Maybe Ill see him again one day, and maybe hell look my way, and Ill think all those special hormonal thoughts all over again...

Wish I could leave less than 1 star. Paid more money than I would have at Nectar and got 4g of RSO that is expired by over a year. I can’t return it because I’m having back surgery tomorrow and was going to use this in recovery but guess I won’t be doing that now and have to scramble to find some other time to buy more from a more reputable shop.Plus when I called them to let them know the person who talked to me was rude, had a nasty tone, and was arguing with me about how they are allowed to sell expired product for up to a year and one month. BEWARE!! Ask to check product dates before buying!

Just got my first delivery order from Chalice and I couldn’t be more pleased. I had a bit of an issue with their website, but they were able to fix it in minutes when I used their customer service chat on their website—excellent customer service! The website was easy to use and delivery was super fast!

I really want to like this place given its proximity to my house, however after frequent visits I think Ive had my last. Im really not all that hard to please. Apart from being overpriced (were talking $8.50 for a preroll/up to $16 a gram) the service has always been WAY too professional with no one attempting to be friendly or personable. This last time however I got home to discover my eighth of Bubba Kush seems to be a small definitely not an eighth handful of nugs. I certainly wouldnt accuse them of trying to scam me, but I have bought a lot of weed from other locations and it seems I can get a better bang for my buck elsewhere.

I had my 1st dispensary experience here! The layout and decor are inviting, comfortable, and appealing to the eye (I love their polished wood base/chalice displays that also match the wood counters framing the glass tops). There was an ample selection to choose from without being completely overwhelming. Everyone was helpful, welcoming, encouraging, and nonjudgmental! Kristen (spelling?) was especially wonderful, so knowledgeable and patient with all my questions!!! Highly recommend!!

Chalice farms on Powell is hands down one of the best dispensaries in Portland. The staff not only is incredibly friendly but extremely helpful and knowledgeable. They were eager to answer all of my questions and help direct me to the product that was right for me. The shop is clean, beautiful, and gives a nice warm “welcome home” feeling. Couldn’t recommend enough; they’re my go to dispensary.

The employees are personable which is a big diff than buying from other places where your just a number. I love I can talk industry and I dont feel I am the only person who knows what theyre talking about. I also purchase stock as they are on the NYSE. So as an investor I LOVE Chalice Farms!! Ive been visiting this place since they had the old building next door. Consistently great service and competitive prices. When I lived in other areas of Portland, I used to dive out of my way to come to this location when other stores were much closer simply because I knew I would get solid customer service and a great deal.

I was staying by the airport looking for a dispensary near me to hit up while I was in town, and this place delivered. Grabbed a THC infused drink and some pre-rolls. Great customer service.

Today was my first time visiting Chalice Farms-Powell. I was greeted with a smile and professional attitude as soon as I walked in the door. When I went back to select my products, a young woman with short dark hair(I forgot her name-sorry), greeted me with a smile. She was knowledgeable, professional, and quite helpful. The oils and prerolls I purchased were superb. I will definitely go back. Great atmosphere, friendly staff, and vast selections are just a few reasons why anyone would be foolish not to visit this fine establishment. A+ all around.

I went in to this location on 7/10/2018. It was my first time going to chalice. It was brought to my attention that you can purchase with a card its just a $3 fee. I was fine with that. After I purchased the highly overpriced marijuana using my CARD, the bud tender AFTER the purchase let me know that the purchase has to be done through Link gift card because obviously nothing is federally backed. I was a little irritated that nobody informed me of this before the purchase. Anyways after I walk out the store and head home, I check my bank account and it said -$260. I knew something was not right so I called the link card company that chalice gave me (also very unprofessional) they told me their was a mistake and I would be refunded. Well it has been about a week still no refund. Called chalice, told me the same thing that I was already doing....but no remorse or sorry for the fact that one of their employees took $200+ from me. For this reason i will never ever return to this place. And others should be careful using the card system

Love the location and the employees were friendly and knowledgeable. The only reason I am giving two stars is because I ordered an 8th of some flower and what I got was a bunch of stems which amounted to nearly half the 8th. Pretty disappointing

They have consistent hours, a kind & knowledgeable sales staff and a top notch selection with lots of variety. Im currently buying weed for pain management. I often see elderly folks sheepishly coming in for medicinal marijuana. They were treated with respect & patience. CHALICE FARMS is definitely one of the classiest operations in town. Dealt with an individual who couldnt manage to hold it together because of a song that was playing that reminded him of his girlfriend. Trusting that he was listening to what I was saying he still managed to give the wrong strain. I left and had to come back to explain to the manager who then told me they do not allow exchanges per old. I come here about once a month and have never had this issue. Check your product to ensure you are receiving the correct product you played for.

Stood in line for almost 20 minutes behind one other person, no one was at the front desk for most of the time and then they struggled for a while to enter in a basic Medical card for the woman in front of me, which took so long that I had to leave and go elsewhere. Lost my business before you ever got it, which is a shame because I just moved to the neighborhood and was excited to have somewhere so close. Not worth it if it takes half an hour, better to just drive elsewhere.

My budtender Juwan was so friendly and knowledgable that i didnt feel self conscious about finding exactly what the right strain for me was. The shop is clean and well stocked— youll see me here regularly!

I have been a regular customer for over a year now, Freaking love these guys. They always have an abundance of quality products I have found from green to medibles. Also usually 3 or more strands 25-30% THC which you barely find one now a days let alone 3. There is a pipe shop right next door for one stop shoppers. We used to be regular customers, we got a brand of cartridge that wouldn’t work with our battery and they refused to exchange for a different brand that would work or refund for $30 worth of oil we couldn’t use. Just do the right thing, you’re a dispensary. Why rnt u cool?????? With Foster Buds in the neighborhood it’s a clear choice. Go to the shop where budtenders don’t have to wear a uniform, duh.
