I have received excellent advice and attentive care at this clinic. I was surprised to find that I could try out a hearing aid and return it if I didnt like it! I recommend Pacific Audiology for any testing and treatment of your hearing problems.

Awful customer service, among the worst of any healthcare provider that I have experienced. I recommend going to any of the many other audiology clinics in the Portland area.

I had a really wonderful experience at Pacific Audiology today! I have known about my hearing loss or a few years but have been loathe to fully take on board that I need hearing aids. Until today...... Katy, the audiologist who conducted the hearing test today put me at ease immediately and fully explained both what to expect during the test, and the ensuing results.It turns out that my hearing loss is not as bad as I feared but I came away convinced that I could benefit from some auditory assistance. The fact that I can leverage technology to manage these devices on my phone, etc., makes it an even more appealing proposition. I am looking forward to my fitting session in a couple of weeks and the pleasure my children will experience when I no longer have to keep asking them what they just said!

I only work 3 days a week Still cant get a decent appointment time on the days I dont work People and service and price are good so if youre retired good place to get hearing aids. They also charge a $100 for missing appointment. You are also required to keep coming back even after you bought the Hearing aids. Would have help if the place Was closer to my home. So far they havent charged me the $100 Still regret getting my hearing aids here.

Audiologist Allison B is superb at hearing analysis and patient relations! She helped me move seamlessly from old battery hearing aides to a new rechargeable system, all controlled from my phone. Highly recommended.

They take extremely good care of my mother and she can hear now with her hearing aids. They call to remind us that she needs a follow up. They have batteries ready when she needs them. All in all they are great! And, the receptionist has the most pleasant voice! Its just nice to talk to her.

My husband and I were treated wonderfully. If you want a hearing test where you’re tested and not pushed into purchasing a hear aid when you don’t need it yet, make an appointment here right away. We had been noticing difficultly hearing people at your dinner table in restaurants, but I level was bad enough to make hearing aids the right choice. Yet. Happily we will have follow up yearly hearing exams. And as for noisy restaurants, we’ll be following the tip to sit with our backs to a wall rather than in the center..

I went to the location at Johns Landing on Macadam. Dr. Alisa Weinzimer was excellent. I was early, otherwise Id have been in and out in ten minutes. I just needed a consult for sleep ear plugs. She made molds from my ears for the fitting. She was kind, friendly, professional, and explained everything beforehand.

Highly Recommended! Having gone to several audiologists over the past few years, I would say Pacific Audiology Clinic is, hands down, the best and most professional clinic Ive been to. Yes, their clinic is in a convenient location that is close to me and offers free parking. Yes, their space is well designed and has a cool vibe. Yes, they were professional and courteous in every step of the way from scheduling the appointment, to appointment reminders, to checking my insurance information ahead of time so there are no surprises, to the warm greeting by everyone in the clinic. But, all these things are secondarily important from a care provider.What mattered most to me is that they took the time to conduct a hearing test properly and, when they found a condition that might be treated by a specialist, they promptly made the referred to ENT and informed me that I should not be fit with a hearing aid until the ENT verifies that it is my only treatment option.As simple as this sounds, they were the only clinic who even pointed some of these options out to me. I may ultimately not elect to have corrective surgery if that is an option, but, at least, I was informed of my options and I was the one making the choice.To tidy me over until the ENT appointment, they provided me with a hearing aid loaner with the most advanced technology so I can try it out for a period of time compared to my current hearing aid.I realize different clinics have the chance to shine with every single patient interaction. And, many of the clinics Ive been to have shined here and there. But, when it comes down to it, Pacific Audiology, you guys are a shining STAR!
