Vlad actually came early from scheduled time but did call ahead of time to let me know. It ended up working out well. Was efficient and professional. My garage doors rollers had gone off the rails. He fixed it and added a remote garage door opener as well. Now my garage door opens more smoothly and quietly than before it was even broken!

They fixed my old garage door that had fallen off the track and stripped some screws out. The worker was courteous and clean. It worked perfectly when he left which is saying a lot bc the door has a lot of issues and really should be replaced! He gave me a reasonable quote for a new door. All in all nice work.

DO NOT RECOMMEND!! Tech came to my home and I explained that the door would go up but not down. Trouble started when I put keypad up for access. Tech said it couldn’t possibly have anything to do with keypad and stated pulley was bad and I needed whole new system. When he finished putting in new system I Tested wall remote, car remote and he had me put in code for keypad and test it while I was in garage and it worked fine. He screwed it to the wall outside the garage and left. I went to close garage and it wouldn’t close just like the old system. Clearly new $500.00 system wasn’t needed and when I called a few hours after installation to tell them it wasn’t working, I was told it would be two days before they could come back and would only give me a four window when they could show up. Horrible customer service, out $500 bucks and still have a garage door that doesn’t work.

I called D&L on March 10th for a quote on replacing the garage door. Ricky came out on the same day and gave me a price. Fast, responsive and friendly. I called mid-morning with an urgent need due to a broken spring on our garage door. By this early afternoon their technician had completed the repair. He explained what was wrong, what needed to be repaired and how he would go about it. With our cars parked in the garage he had added challenges and he handled them with great care and concern. That massive spring above my double garage door broke about one oclock this afternoon. A garage door repair search revealed D&L Garage Doors & Locksmith as able to provide same day service. By 1:20pm, I had completed the arrangements with D&L and had an appointment made for later that day. About 3:30pm, the service technician arrived and around one hour later, the door was repaired and operating again. Im writing this at 7:30pm the same day. The technician (Sierra?) was very professional and knowledgeable, He pointed out that the reason why the attachment from the motor to the door broke away was that it was the wrong fitting. He installed a fitting that made a lot more sense with many more attachment points along the top of the door. Overall very happy with the service and cost and will recommend D&L to anyone in need of an installation or repair in the future.

Superb Service!!!Our garage door opener developed a bizarre problem. It would work whenever it decided to work. D&L sent Vlad out to diagnose the issue. Vlad was thorough and explained everything to us regarding the problem. We contracted with D&L to put the new opener in for us. Megan was great regarding working out the financial details and the scheduling. They are great about answering the phones (even when it is late in the evening) and responding to our concerns. Im glad I chose D&L Garage Doors. I needed a new Garage Door Opener installed but figured I would have to wait at least two or three days (if not longer) before I could get one installed. I was in luck D&L was able to send a technician out the same afternoon I called. Anthony was the tech sent out to help replace my old 17 year old Genie with a super sweet and silent Garage Opener the Linear LDC0800. Anthony did a great job getting the old hunk a junk out of my garage, and putting in the new unit. I was really happy with the customer service and expertise from my initial call to install. Anthony also did a great job answering all the questions I had which were many, from security to reliability of the new opener. I would highly recommend these guys. At the same time I hope I dont see them anytime soon because that means something is wrong with my garage door.

Repair person did excellent job. The door is running really smoothly again and featured the wires comment also tightened the brackets that the sensors rest on that kept getting hit by various people pulling out of the garage. The repair person went out of his way and also took a look at my fence gate which I knocked off the post backing out and fixed it just to be a good person
