Ordered part for my System 2000. Sent me the wrong one. Called and explained again that it was the inner blast insert for the first models. Got it right the second time. Asked me to pay to send the wrong part back of which we did. We get the part back as they claimed it was crushed and refused it. Called and they were rude and said if it came back again it would be refued again. Not very nice. Buyer beware.
