Driveline services is an awesome company. My husband ordered a driveline on Thursday they built it on Friday it was shipped and got here overnight. The driveline was perfect. They are a very professional company and I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs a driveline.

They made the process so easy to have my driveshaft rebuilt a year ago, and then a little more than a year later (out of warranty) when I had an issue, they went above and beyond to make it right. They could have easily said sorry, youre out of luck but they didnt.Every single person Ive talked with at their company has been positive, courteous and professional. All of them. These folks do a great job and and their services are high quality and fast. These folks have earned my business for life and I hope they earn yours too.

Spoke with Rica she was very helpful! Ordered a drive shaft for my older Mercedes and she was able to find me one (dealers were no help) and got it shipped to me fast. Will be using them again for my other needs!!!

They can build a drive line for just about anything. Six States wasnt able to get the tube for a metric shaft out of a large crane. They sent it to Drive Line Services. Cant have a better endorsement then another company sending them work that Six States was on the hook for. Had it back in a few days. It has preformed perfectly.

I ordered a complete drive-line. There was a manufacturing problem with it. But the drive-line was promptly replaced next-day air and I was compensated for the extra shop time to replace and return the defective part. Considering the unfortunate circumstances, these folks were excellent to work with.

We were referred to them by the Carlton Truck Shop, they had our custom part ready to go in no time, which got our work rig back out on the job.

Had to get a drive line fixed for my 86 Ranger. Normal parts stores dont have the parts I needed. Cirby helped me out big time! Took some time, but he found all the parts I needed and had them in stock. The entire staff was great and easy to talk to. They performed the work in a few minuets and I was good to go with a new carrier bearing, yoke, and u-joint caps. I will definately be comming back for future projects and recommend this place to anybody looking for a no hassle experience.

These guys are one of the very best repair shops Ive ever worked with. My driveshaft was previously balanced by two other shops (one in Seattle and one in California). Neither one fixed my annoying and severe driveshaft vibrations, but they each charged for their work and claimed the driveshaft was balanced and ready to go. So I sent it to Driveline Service of Portland. Instead of taking my money and telling me they had balanced my driveshaft, Jerry told me the truth... the splines on the rear section of my driveshaft were worn to the point that it would not be able to be properly balanced. Thank you Jerry! Driveline Services had nothing to gain (financially) by telling me this. They do not sell the rear section that I now needed to purchase. They told me the truth because they take pride in their work. They did not want to return a driveshaft to me that was not properly balanced. So I purchased a brand new rear section from a specialist vendor and sent it to Jerry. He said the splines on the new one were up to snuff and they balanced my complete driveshaft (front and rear sections together). My car is now vibration free and I cant thank Jerry and Steven enough (Steven did the actual work and achieved perfect balance for my driveshaft). If you want an HONEST assessment of your driveshaft, and people who care about getting the job done right, you want to send your driveshaft to Driveline Service of Portland!

I had a drive shaft shortened 3 & balanced by Driveline Express of Longview (Potter Webster). Long story short, they charged $180, unprofessional attitude & I got a driveline that vibrated at 65 mph. Called & talked to Clarance at DRIVELINE SERVICE of PORTLAND, told him the situation & he was very professional, answered my questions & just a nice guy to deal with. Told me to get the shaft to them & they would take care of it. Took it in on a Wednesday afternoon & picked it up on Friday. Put it in the car & no vibration. Great job! Nice to deal with competent professionals that actually put there customers first.

Vibrations and noises solved, ready for the next 125k miles of abuse. Rebuilt unit matches BMW design wrt u-joint - good enough for me. Drive Line Services took care of my rear drive line it needed rebuild and extended they did it at a reasonable price

Had a great experience with these guys. They had the unusual Drive line that I was looking for and was able to get it to me the next day and didnt charge me an arm and a leg in shipping either. which is amazing because I live several hours from Portland. Like many VW Vanagon Syncro owners before me, I too struggled for days and days and spent close to $150 trying to make the OEM driveline work before deciding to buy a new one from DLSP. So glad that I made the right decision because they were able to produce an updated drive line with serviceable u-joints very quickly and was significantly cheaper than the popular online VW shops. Best part is that the install happened first try with No Vibes!

Pretty upset.. was told over the phone and in person that they would extend my driveline with new tubing for around 225.00 get a call back from them 3 days later telling me they found a old longer used driveline they can work with and put new u joints in, for the same cost. I only took my driveline to them because I was told I would get a new tube and pretty much be new for a custom company project build for are shop., now they are going to give me a spray painted used driveline... very upset at this point and feel like I have to just settle for it because of time frame. When I could have had a new driveline build and sent to me in about the same amount of time. I feel like they got me in the door with a sale pitch and then pulled a switch on me I will pay for the driveline and use it for mock up until I can get the new one shipped in. Now Im going to be 500 for a new driveline. I will not or recommend anyone doing business with them in the future unless they write it on paper before you leave....

I have had 6 or 7 Driveshafts built or rebuilt by these guys and they have allways treated me with the upmost respect and you couldnt ask for a more knowlegable bunch of people. The Customer Service is great and the turn around is exceptional. Normally on a fully rebuilt driveshaft you are looking at about 2 to 3 day turn around if you are local pickup. After reading some of these other reviews it makes me wonder if those that gave the bad reviews showed up to this place with a bad attitude and got a little of what they were giving? Just something to think about...

Id rather use I5 Driveline Repair.Drive Line Services charges $67 just to check your driveshaft for flaws while I5 Driveline charges only $37.50.

They gave my driveline to a different customer after they called me and said it was done and ready to go.
