OUTSTANDING!!!! 1972 international 1210, steering / alignment issues, as well as some front end suspension issues. They know their vehicles! Jim, Ricky, Mr McFarland Snr... hard to beat this generational knowledge and work ethic and concern for a job done right. From sourcing parts to diagnostics and the dont worry, we can handle it attitude its worth every dime. Truck tracks straight now, and isnt wandering all over the road. Amazing what they pulled off in a day and a1/2.

This company just literally robbed my husband. He was quoted $200 over the phone for a job parts and service included and he chose this company as it was the best quote he had. Dropped his truck off, no one called him when it was complete and when my husband checked back in the truck was ready. No extra work just the job discussed and was informed the new cost was $380, which he wasn’t prepared for. After refusing to honor the quote and trying to not let my husband take his truck home- an hour away- they finally took $120 off and took everything my husband had in his wallet. Will never be back and will be reporting to the better business bureau and attorney general and whoever else oversees this sheisty business practice.I will say the actual work was satisfactory.

Ive had two other plows installed there. No issues. This time I had a scratch above the bumpa on each side. The truck with less then 1000 miles on it. A $50.k truck. Im sure not intentionally done. But im certainly disappointed.

Something went under my truck/trailer and took out the blue service airline to one of my trailers air brake chambers. The metal connector on the end of the air hose that threads into the brake chamber was completely broken. I crimped the air hose so it wouldnt leak and started looking for the nearest AND most highly reviewed truck repair shops. I tried calling 8 other truck repair shops and they either said they were too busy, were mobile/service call only, kept me waiting on the phone for over 5 minutes, or didnt answer the phone. Then I started looking at truck trailer shops farther away and found McFarland Spring. Dave the owner said to bring it in and hed have one of his mechanics look at it right away and tell me if they could fix it or not. I asked how much he thought it might cost because I didnt want to get taken for a ride. He said to bring it in first and then he could let me know. He said it could be just the airline or it might need a new brake chamber as well. Theyre located just off of I-95 and another reviewer said they are a good, honest crew so I said sure why not. Right before I hung up I heard Dave in the background yell out to his crew Hey guys, we got a trailer coming in!... Things were looking pretty good so far. When I pulled up in front of the shop with my truck and trailer, Rob (one of the mechanics) came out with his tools just as I got out of my truck. I wont bore you with the details of the repair but the bottom line is Rob was able to get me going in 45 minutes by only needing to replace the air hose since there was no damage done to the brake chamber. My experience with Dave and his crew was everything I could have asked for. They were honest. They were able to work on my trailer right away. And they were reasonably priced. And they were a pleasure to work with. My total bill was $28 for the airline and one hour labor at $108 an hour. Plus tax. If you need some work done on your truck or trailer do not hesitate to go here. They have my highest recommendation.

Bought a new Boss plow for my 2018 F150, took a day and a half to get it installed, after I drove away I found out that my outdoor temp sensor didnt work anymore and that one of the turn signals on the plow lights didnt work. I called them and they told me that when installing a plow on new F150 that the temp sensor would not work anymore and that Ford had a retro kit to fix it. The turn signal still has to be brought back to them to look at. I brought it to the Ford dealer and they found that the temp sensor was disconnected and re-plugged it in, works great now, that cost $168 at the dealership. instead of bull s___ting me, they should have looked at it. It has cost me more time and money running my truck around to have things fixed that should have not been wrong when I received my truck. I did bring it back to McFarland and they fixed my turn signal light, I also asked to purchase a set of skid pads for my plow while I was there and asked for them to reimburse me for the $168 I paid the dealer, they did, but they also charged me $50 to install the skid pads (all of a 5 minute job). I thought they would have done that at no cost for the hassle I had with this new plow install, but NO.
