We are 100% satisfied with every step of our recent kitchen counter top replacement from granite to quartz. Milan Stoneworks was great to work with. They just installed 50ft of quartz in our kitchen. We had some funky stuff with leveling and they came by between the quote and the template to make sure we had a good plan, and were responsive via email and phone throughout the process. I was pleased with Milans professionalism from the get go. I could of bought from some of the cheaper outfits, but I know the quality of work, service and delivery would have been compromised. At each of the steps taken to ensure me as a happy customer, I was treated with respect and honesty. The price was fair, the dates met, the cutting and polishing high, and the care of the installation crew outstanding. The end result is a beautiful place to cook and entertain. HIGHLY recommend this company. Just had my kitchen counters replaced and these guys did an amazing job! From the beginning of the process all the way till the end, Dan was super helpful and answered every question including helping me figure out the order of operations for my mini kitchen remodel. At templating, they pointed out every aesthetic option to make sure I would be happy with the end result. Installation was efficient and the guys were great! I actually cried a little when the counters were finally in- they were that beautiful and executed so well. Seams, details, everything done with a high degree of precision and quality. Two other notes, the minute Dan had a cancellation he called me to see if I wanted my job done earlier (I did!) and he also worked with me to figure out a last minute design addition (a window sill ledge). I cannot say enough good things about this company and their folks. If you need counters done, use Milan!

We hired Milan to do a small job - cutting, refining and installing marble counters on either side of our stove. From start to finish, Milan Sone works exceeded our expectations. Dan Ellis was our go-to Person and he would always respond to our phone calls and emails even at nights and on weekends. We picked out two slabs of granite, one at Intrepid Tile and Granite and one slab at Oregon Tile and Granite. When the product was delivered to Milan Stone, I made a special trip to be involved with the layout and design with Sawyer, Stew. He was very helpful. On the day of installation, the installers were half an hour early. The installation was fast. efficient and done in a craftsman-like manner. Jesse and David are exceptional installers. Good clean-up at the end of the job. We got more than we payed for. Extra services were rendered at no additional cost.

I just had one of their trucks ride my bumper and honk at me for going the speed limit. It was a fat woman with a silver tooth that was driving.

Milan Stoneworks was great to work with and I would highly recommend them to any friends. I am a person that does extensive research before selecting anyone to do work at our house. I am also a very cost-conscious person who expects good quality work when I decide to use a companys service.We hired Milan to completely demolish the existing granite tile and replace with granite slabs on top of our newly refaced kitchen cabinets.The customer service was on point. I mainly interacted with Dan who came out to provide a quote. Dan was always very responsive to any emails/calls I made. I had missed an advertised coupon for $1000 off a project by a month, however the owner Aaron graciously offered me $500 off even though he was not running any specials at the time of my project.There was a hiccup with the sink installation. Aaron who happened to be doing the counter install with another one of his crew members had accidentally scratched the new sink we bought. Not only did Aaron proactively show me the scratch, he also proactively reordered a replacement sink without me having to say or do anything.Another couple instances of great customer service is their flexibility in having me come to the showroom during a Saturday when they typically arent open. In addition, after the install I noticed the sealer application was a little streaky. I called Milan and they sent someone out right away to redo the sealant and remove some stains with the poultice.Lastly, some friends of ours who are very knowledgable about home improvement projects complimented us on the counter install, saying the seam was well placed and done. That is saying a lot because this couple is very meticulous in renovating their own home and are expert DIYers. That is one of the highest compliment they could have given to a vendor not knowing anything about Milan.I have another project that I will be reaching to Milan to complete and look forward to another great experience!

I called Milan Stoneworks to come do some small repairs on my kitchen countertop. My memory served me wrong about who installed my countertops in 2007 - it was not Milan Stoneworks, but they came out and did the repairs anyway and for free! Thank you Milan Stoneworks.

I had a very negative experience with Milan Stoneworks. I had a question about the bill over $100 and asked for clarification, at this point the salesperson exploded in anger and kicked me out of the store. I took my stone home and found that they had cut a piece of stone 3/4 short. I called them back and they told me to go get a grinder and cut it myself. I have never been treated so poorly as a paying customer.
