What a cool online beauty store! That carry some amazing products. They have great costumer service. The packaging the products come in is beautiful. They carry a lot of products you cant find in the big department stores. I cant wait to buy more!!

I was so upset and disappointed about my purchase from this website. I ordered my Refa collagen jelly and they sent me old stuff which was expired from Jan 1st 2021. And I had to pay for returning fee to get my refund without any apologize email or call from them. So don’t waste your money on this website.

I ordered the Oscar Blandi dry shampoo from b-glowing and the order showed up so quickly! And the free samples were awesome, all three of them. Such an amazing littler perk to get three free samples with your order. Love it!

DO NOT make any purchase on B-Glowing. Worst customer service ever. Never replied to Email. Call center isnt helpful at all. I lost $100+ on the website. I didnt receive the item and they couldve helped me by making just a simple phone call to make it right. They rejected my refund request and didnt even try to send me a new one.

Purchased an SkII online and they canceled the order without noticing me.The reason they said is that they have wrong price online. What a joke online retailer.
