Extremely unprofessional and acts like doing her job is the worst thing in the world.

Cashier wasn’t helpful or friendly at all - she was a snarky bit*h !!!

Arie the assistant manager has zero customer service skills..was asked to cash us out and she said no and walked off..we continued to wait another 10minutes. Would of walked off if the shoes we where getting weren’t hard to find.

I wouldn’t recommend buying shoes here! I came to exchange some Nikes I bought here and was turned away because they no longer carry Nikes. I was one day past their 30 day return policy.

When I went to check out the cashier seemed annoyed that I was there. Didnt speak to me. Called another person from the floor to help me. I felt like an inconvenience to him. I will be spending my money at Top Shop in Nordstrom from now on.

Ive always been a fan of pacsuns clothes, but today I went in to look around and try some things on with a couple of my friends. We all had money, we were just trying to find some clothes that we liked enough to buy. After my friends got out of the dressing room they went to find some more clothes for me to try on and as they were coming back from showed them a shirt I liked, I wasnt wearing pants. A male employee slides between my two friends that were blocking the the doorway so that the crowd of people wouldnt see my in my underwear, comes into my stall and asks me for my takebacks. I was completely confused as to what he meant or why he was asking for them, and VERY angry from the lack of privacy I was given. I felt extremely uncomfortable as I tried to cover myself and give him the clothes that I had already tried on, but still I gave them to him. I got changed quickly to get out of there because I was so annoyed and gave a worker the other two pieces of clothing I had, walked out and went to the food court. Minutes later another pacsun employee followed by multiple security gaurds confronted me and my friends and asked to check my bag, stating that I came into the stall with more clothes than I came out with. They forgot to mention the part where my privacy was violated and a WORKER took the clothes from my stall before hand. They checked all of our bags and made sure we werent wearing more than one layer clothing. The employees there were very disrespectful. I will not be spending any of my money at pacsun and I definitely will not be promoting spending money there to any of my friends or peers.

Manager was the only one behind the counter to pay for items. She was on the phone for 6+ minutes while ignoring me and the other workers folding clothes looked at me waiting but kept folding clothes. After about 7 minutes manager (still on the phone) called one of the girls over to help me and a line of people behind me out. Girl who rang up my items looked annoyed and like shes rather be anywhere but at work. Overall terrible customer service.

Needs more variety, but its aight.

Pac Sun is a great store for trendy, affordable clothes. I go there all the time!
