Just Do It Better ... to the store athletes that are standing in groups and ignoring customers please do your job... As a costumer I should not feel like I am inconveniencing you by asking to try on a shoe.Additionally, there was another customer there that thought I was an employee because I happened to be wearing Nike, and I told him to go ask one of the frat boys standing together.Less than ideal customer experience, reminded me why so many prefer online shopping than the in-store retail experience.

Since Nike purposely makes it very difficult to review their online store I will do so here. I bought a pair of Nike shoes five years ago that I loved. I bought the exact same pair thru Nikeβs online store, or at least they were advertised as the same make and model, but they were totally inferior, like some cheap knock off. I returned them within a week. I had read the refund policy before my purchase, which assured 100% refund if not satisfied, but when I looked at my refund it was eight dollars less than what I paid. I also had to pay the $15 standard ground shipping, which means that it cost me $25 to return something I bought for $58. Needless to say I will never buy another Nike product again.

Standard Nike store. The two guys at the entrance (security?) were having an argument about something (maybe sports) but one guy sounded heated. Big mad! It was way way off-putting as we walked in. Didnt even get a welcome or goodbye for that matter. They were young guys so just some feedback so they can learn from it. No hard feelings at all. Picked up some old school looking π¦ shoes. #ScoDucks
The guy at the door welcomed us very nicely, he was very sweet. We didnt stay more time but I think the experience wouldve been a little different. So far everyone seems to be very nice.
Hands down the best apparel and shoes underage Chinese kids have to offer. So Woke as well. Certainly belongs in Portland.

Very clean and up-kept facility. Every employee that I engaged with was super friendly and considerate. Definitely noticed that many entitled people shop here but besides that it was a great experience. I use hand crutches and the security employees at the front kindly opened the door for me when entering and exiting. I ended up needing to exchange a couple pieces for smaller sizes an hour later and the process was very smooth. They ordered/mailed me (free of charge) the one article of clothing that they didnt have in store.
Busy alot of new gear available le renovated the building/reorganized sections since my last shopping visit. Looked more clean/open.
Fun and friendly store. My three month old trainers where the sole had become unglued needed a repair (manufacturing fault) was not interesting to the staff. Shame as any glue would have fixed it but the staff member just walked away and didnβt even say he could look at it or would speak to his manager. Come on guys youβre the showcase store for the world.
This used to be a great Nike store. Now its just a normal Nike store, nothing unique

I love them, but recently quality became very bad. Look at the picture I wore shorts only ones. They broke completely. It is very weird and bad. Hopefully to get my money back.Update!They did return my money back even though it passed more than 30 days since I purchased because I went to England to study and I shipped items back to the USA so it took much longer to get them back. But I got my money back, so I still love Nike. At least the service is awesome. I cannot increase the stars because they should make a better quality,

I spent $1500 for myself and family only because I havent been able to shop there in awhile, however the selections and variety was very bleak. I hope they can bring back the great styles and innovation they used to have.

Very disappointing. Went with my 12 year old son expecting a lot of selection in the state where Nike was founded and left after about 10 minutes because there was so little especially Nike/Oregon related swag.

One of the managers wasnβt friendly when she was explaining to me that people who are making returns must also wait in line outside of the store, which had nearly 30 people in it.. Most businesses are accommodating and have a separate line for people who are making returns.I question whether I will return to this location; I hope other customers donβt have to experience such poor service.
An upscale location, not for budget planners
I called ahead of time looking for a pair of specific shoes for my husband. They had them and held them for me to come and pick them up. When I arrived the store was not crowded and social distancing was observed. I looked at an other pair to make sure I was getting the one I wanted. So after checking out the pair that was on hold I asked to look at an other pair of the same shoe. That is how picky I am. I made sure all the stitching was lined up. I am a little OCD. So the one on hold was the right one for me. Well really my husband who has ALS. He has always been a shoe collector especially of Michael Jordans shoes. This time it is all Black High Tops Airforce 1 07! The guys that work at the store were very kind. You should have seen my husbands smile! It lite up the room. Maybe his new shoes will be his super power and help him to walk stronger! Thanks Nike!
Security is legit! Good customer service. Got really expensive socks so having good customer service made me feel better buying them - lol! Also everyone looked like sports models. lol
I was disappointed with this 3 story building which only featured shoes on the 3rd and even then they carried less than 2 dozen styles Men and Women. Fred Myers Carries a better selection.

The store layout is very nice, especially with the way the inside looks. Theres a very urban and industrial vibe to the lighting which just fits in Portland perfectly. The workers were very helpful and checkout was a total breeze. 10/10, would definitely go again.

Do not bother calling the store because they will either not answer their phones, will not give you an accurate answer or hang up on you. Nike should really do good in hiring these employees, who some clearly do not have customer service skills. As an avid sneaker fan, their collection has been subpar, to say the least. As a Disabled Veteran, I get more quality, value, and discount by shopping at the Adidas Store. Stripes all day!

She is an excellent manager. I highly recommend Missy Kiser to anyone needing questions answered at the Nike down town store or in handling problematic issues in the store. She will follow through on making sure the customer is taken care of and presents a happy outcome.Missy Kiser is an outstanding manager to her employees at Nike, as well as, being a great person to be around. I talked to her in great length about her business experience and the coaching style she uses with her team. She is well liked by all. She is an excellent roll model. I gave 5 stars, thanks to Missy. Although the interior features some impressive displays, I wouldnt really consider this place ideal for Nike shoppers looking for bargains. I know some might say thats a no duh and that one should find deals at the Nike Factory stores instead, but I just wanted to throw that out there for those who might come into here expecting good deals. The one advantage this place might have over a Nike Factory store is that it carries newer items (compared to Nike Factory stores which might carry previous generation/model items).

If someone use debit card for a gift and give you item and receipt dont buy nike because you only can get a gift card they will not give you cash back with receipt purchase from debit card. Remind you if anyone use debit its immediately taking out of persons account instant cash. Nike way to big to do anyone such as that. Other stores give you cash back if debit is use its only credit card purchase you need bring back cc. Nike is way too high to have policy like this.

Defective article they didnt want to make it right.. they wanted me to purchase another article that was priced much higher even with a 20 % off discount ...I didnt go there to spend more money. Over the years Nikes quality in clothing craftsmanship had gone way down and the price way up. Relying on your name only eventually will catch up to you.. time to try Adidas

Best location to meet the NBA Guests of the Portland Trail Blazers.Its near to the Nines Hotel where the guest teams staying in.Caron butler was also there.
We come here pretty much every time we visit Portland. I dont shop for clothing at this store, pretty much just for shoes, but my husband always finds something besides shoes he likes. We find the prices to be pretty average for Nike. The salespeople here are very helpful - they were helpful with measuring my sons feet, and brought out several different styles of shoes in different sizes for him to try on. The salesman encouraged us to try a lot of different shoes and was able to tell us which shoes would wear better. Delaney in the womens department was the same- very helpful and was able to tell me which shoes would be best for what I was needing.
A few more stairs then I cared for but staff was great and they actually had my size 13 in all the shoes I liked! Which is amazing.
