Really unprofessional, not very friendly or helpful, talking on the phone too much, acting like its a corporate office instead of a friendly casual boutique where people might shop for a breather. People want to enjoy a relaxed friendly and helpful atmosphere when taking a break to shop, not rudeness, coldness, and excessive formality.
