Devin has been incredible - we had a complex company order with over 25 styles, color combinations and customization including both screen print and embroidery and he made the ordering process straightforward and easy at every step. I really appreciated how hard he worked to find us alternative options due to supplier shortages in some of the items we originally chose. When there was a delay outside of their control the owner of the shop reached out personally. The design team was great, too - Corbin provided mockups, was quick to answer my questions, and our logo turned out perfect! I recommend Shop Strange for their depth of experience, excellent customer service, product choices, and the quality of their work.

Excellent excellent excellent service. We had such a short deadline and a large and complicated order for a summer camp. Over 300 shirts with 4 different colors, different sizes, and sleeve lengths, a couple dozen hoodies, 150+ drawstring bags, 150+ caps and a very hard deadline.Devin went above and beyond to get it all done. He worked not only with our deadline but also our budget as well. I was afraid because we went for a lower budget that the quality wouldnt be great but everything is literally perfect. They even did a custom design for the caps using our font. Everything even came a few days early!! Im so thankful and will definitely be putting in all future orders with him. I couldn’t have had a better experience than working with Shop Strange! The business relationship started with a friendly introduction phone call from Angie a couple months ago. I’m usually quick to blow off cold calls but I was pleasantly surprised by her not so pushy but informative attitude. I usually spend a couple thousand dollars a year on apparel for my employees and giveaways to friends and customers. In the past I would order out of catalogs not knowing if what I was buying looked good or fit well. She sent me some pictures of hats I might be interested in but also invited me to the showroom to have a look around. When I arrived they had a plethora of products to choose from and had recommendations on style of hats I might be interested in . Angie informed me that they could get any brand I wanted and helped me make an educated decision on the style and my company logo placement. Kris and Justin were also very helpful with the process. After we agreed on style and quantity the order was placed and I receive my product when they told me it would arrive. I can be a particular customer in general but Angie was patient and helpful. Awesome shop to get your logos on your gear! Ive been working with Ashley at the Portland location, great customer service. They will work with you at every step. You get to review the mock ups before it goes into production and they will do everything they can to get the colors right. Every one there is knowledgeable about their business, unlike other places Ive dealt with where their customer service team arent skillful enough to even color match.Prices are much better especially when you order in certain quantities and they will throw in free digitizing also.

I feel so lucky to have worked Justin, Angie and the Shop Strange crew. We met them at an event and told them that our nonprofit was planning a big fundraiser. Justin was familiar with the concept of the fundraiser, having been the printer for a similar event in Boise and agreed to provide printing services for our event.
