What a find! Excellent cigar bar located upstairs in the Shilo Inn. The food offered from the downstairs restaurant is also very good. We brought our own, but they also have a nice selection of cigars and of course a full bar. There was only one bartender when we were there, and she went above and beyond. I only wish that I could remember her name. The TV setup is also excellent for watching sports.

We loved our meal here. Salmon tacos, asparagus and delicious mashed potatoes. Topped it off with a wonderful chocolate dessert. The drinks were great, too. The ambiance could have been better but we loved the food.

Hope in the wall gem. Inside the top floor of the shilo. Solid drinks delicious dinner. Cigar selection could use some additions and maybe a slight make over. Other then that great spot !

Probably the best cigar lounge in the metro area. The service is excellent and the food is always great. There is a new daily food special that is always a home run. There also a daily happy hour. How can you not love this place.

Every now and then a serendipity happens and you discover a little treasure, hidden just off the path. The Chamber at 9900 is one of those. I am a cigar guy and travel all the time...which means I get to be in great cigar bars, all over the place. This is one of my favorites. Fantastic bar and top notch service, a solid cigar selection that is not huge, but quality, and amazing food. There are not a lot of places that fire on all cylinders but this is definitely one of them. Take a little drive and try it out.... youll be back!

This was my first time coming here and it will not be the last. The food and the service at the steakhouse was top notch. After dinner we went to have a cigar in the cigar lounge and there the great service continued by Dennis who made a great old fashioned!!Looking for a place to have a streak and cigar, give them a try. Now, do not be put off due to the hotel it is housed in, they are totally seperate and are not associated with the shilo inn.

Great cigar bar. Low key, not pretentious at all, all the sports you could want, and a solid happy hour. Dont let the fact that its located at The Shilo Inn put you off, its tucked away upstairs. There are members / regulars who are super inviting and we never have to wait for a table/seat. Great game day spot and one of the few places in Portland/Beaverton that you can smoke cigars indoors. Id recommend the pulled pork nachos btw, so good.

Selection of cigars is limited but what I like is that you can bring your own in to smoke. Selection of bourbon is pretty good. Not a very relaxing environment when you have a table of loud, obnoxious and inconsiderate persons disrupting and poisoning the whole environment. Ruining it for all others. Probably wont be back because of this. Gal working the bar was wonderful.

You could probably conduct business in here. Reasonable prices. Classy, conversation-friendly setting. Great staff. Sports on tv. Food, drink, and cigars. Great on-site barrel aged rum when I was there. IMPORTANT: If you’re here for the first time, don’t give up when you see the place downstairs. This isn’t one of the many places that’s stopped offering cigars. The cigar lounge is upstairs from the shilo inn front lobby.

My friend and I were on vacation in Oregon and decided to look for something to eat. I was in the mood for stake and she look it up in the phone and came across this place. It was a Tuesday and had a special for 25% off. I got the sirloin stake and it was so moist and delicious I should of got the bigger portion. The desert was wonderful. We opted for bread putting it was delicious. This place is located inside the hotel. The view is wonderful and the athmosphere and vibe are amazing.

I love this little gem! I take my friends here often and we all enjoy coming and sharing drinks and a cigar.Theres a wonderful relaxed atmosphere here.The staff is amazing, professional, and seasoned.

9900 is the best cigar lounge in the Portland area PERIOD! I started going there, three (3) years ago after moving back to Portland from Maryland and I cant tell you how impressed I am with the place. Ive visited many cigar lounges in and around Portland, as well as nationally recognized establishments. and 9900 competes! The cigar offering is great, the food is amazing, and the ambiance is second to none! Loni is absolutely the queen B there, and if you venture in, be sure to say hello to her. I would challenge anyone to refute the simple fact that her simple objective is to make you feel right at home! Sure there are other offerings in the Portland area, but youre wasting your time. This is where you should be and they will be sure you leave feeling that you cant wait to come back.Go and enjoy greatness!And NO, I have no vested interest.

Outstanding, cant say enough great things.The over stuffed leather chairs were super comfortable and the food was fantastic( had a chicken quesadilla)Abby the bartender, was so kind and always made sure I had the best experience. Whether it was getting me a fresh drink( drinking Arnold Palmer), or cutting my cigar for me and lighting it. The vibe was great the music was not to loud and all of the patrons were very chill. I had an amazing experience and will defiantly be coming back.

This has become a very special place to enjoy for us when we come to Portland Oregon. We’re especially pleased with the very good superb service of bar tender Dennis, extremely professional and attentive. The drinks are perfectly made every time, we just have a great and enjoyable time all the way around. Good food as well and of course, WE COME FOR THE CIGARS!

Great cigar bar. Surprising gem hidden in a Shilo inn in Beaverton. Good conversation, sports on multiple TVs, knowledgeable staff. Prices a little high, but worth it. As recommended by others, Dennis is the best.

7 of us went to a cigar bar on Tuesday to honor and celebrate my brother Doug who had passed away 6 years ago, that day. My brother had liked going there and we thought it would be a fitting place to have a get together in his name. When Angie and I arrived, we were introduced to the owner of the bar and his brother. We started talking and I told them why we we there that night. They seemed very touched by this and told us to have a great night and enjoy.We were there for about 4 hours. We played poker, smoked cigars and had a great time laughing and telling stories about my brother. When it was time to leave I asked the bar tender/waitress for our bills. A minute later she sat down next to me and told me the owner and his brother were covering my tab for the night! I was incredulous. That was a crazy cool thing for them to do for a guy they never met.I loved this place. Loved the vibe and hanging out there. Im looking forward to going back there and bringing more people with me.For those of you that would like to check this place out, it is called The Chamber at 9900. Nice place, great food, good cigars. Things are a little pricey, but the atmosphere is relaxing and has plenty of screens for sports. Service is good. Can be crowded sometimes. We are running out of cigar bars so I am happy to support this one.

The cigar bar was amazing, small but amazing selection of cigars. Drinks were great and our server, ( forgot her name ) was incredible and not to mention she was solo and was absolutely killing it! Will definitely be back!

Really comfortable place to enjoy a cigar. Out of this world hospitality. Very welcoming. Limited selection on the cigars, but they really keep something for everyone in there. Cannot recommend highly enough.

Great cigar bar. Like an oasis in the middle of the dessert. Good bar service and lots of burbon and scotch. Ill definitely be coming back. Awesome place!

Really good atmosphere, comfy chairs, 6 TVs, pretty good cigar selection ranging from top-end $20 Padrons & Davidoffs to mid-range $10-$12 A. Fuentes, AVOs and Olivas plus much more. If I couldve ordered some nice espresso it would have been a five star.
