Stanley bought Sonitrol and this is a Terrible business! Canceling the account ASAP! Really long wait times for all matters, prices are really expensive and if you have an emergency they charge extra to their own faulty equipment.

There is no way to contact these people!! No call backs... online site is a joke you can’t find anything. All I wanted to do was pay a Bill!!!!

We started to have Sonitrol service in 1993 when we built the building. But last Feb 2020 we had a new tenant who has to open 24/7 since they are an emergency patient care office. We immediately canceled the service by phone and by a certified letter in Feb 2020 although we paid through May 2020. But 8 months later, they havent cancel the service yet. This is a very suspicious and fraudulent business who changed hands 4 times: Sonitrol to Advance Protection to Stanley Security and now back to Sonitrol again. I would not trust this security company.

I am on my 10th phone call over 1 hour to speak to ANYONE who can help with our current Stanley system. This is ridiculous!!!

You cannot get a human being to contest a charge. 4 months ago a worker came out after a remodel and stuck a sticky magnet in the new bathroom window. He was here 9 minutes. We got a $180 bill which I called to inquire about. Girl said shed get back to me and 4 months later... NOTHING. I cannot get anyone in the billing office. We now have a past due notice and when I call the number listed the recording says This is Rachael. Im away from my desk. We never had these problems when Honeywell ran the company. I wish I could give less than one star.

Worse fire protection and security company ever. You call and provide the account number on the invoice and they cannot find the account and tell you that they cannot tell you the correct account number. It takes 15-minutes to get a system put into test. They are just as bad as SimplexGrinnell.

Do not use this company ! It is impossible to terminate their service! No contract was signed by my first security company or them.I owned the security system in the house which I lived in for over 18 yrs I started out with Honeywell ( no contract needed they were bought out by Stanley Security Convergent unfortunately for me and with no op-out with the take over. So I was stuck with Stanley They keep billing me despite my calling with more than a 30 day notice before my move. I talking to several people who gave me only their so-called first name with no confirmation number and filling out as they said was required their online forms to terminate of which they ignore. This company is a scam because their purpose is to keep getting your money. No wonder they are the second in revenue for security companies in USA now.The Company is a racket! Plus I found out that they were not monitoring my house because we did tests and they did not recieve the alarm. Im a senior citizen and will be makeinf a report to the Oregon State Dept of Justice.Will probably have to hire an attorney. The Portland Police Permit was not renewed because Im no longer the owner of the house and the new owners have a legitimate honest local company now.

If I could give them a lower rating I would. Customer service was very rude and unhelpful. An alarm has been frequently and randomly going off in our home for 2+ years and has yet to be repaired despite multiple phone calls. Literally torture.
