Buying material for my DIY bathroom remodel.

Stand offish service, and they were out of stock on tile that was supposed to be on a will call order. Very spendy on the grout stripper as well. 30 dollars for a quart. Not really impressed by my visit.

They asked for my contact info. Did not ask if I needed help. Guess business must be too good if it appears that potential clients are an inconvenience. Will not return.

The order desk transferred my call to Debbie at the Portland show room because he thought she might be able to answer a question I had and she hung up on me before I could even ask the question.

Deb was Awesome! very helpfulI showed up and needed tile that day. She spent a lot of time making sure I got the right color. Highly recommend. For better selection, dont wait until the last minute to order.

Our contractor recommended that we visit United Tile to look at their selection of tiles. Their showroom is fantastic. There are so many ideas for different tiles. We went in on a Saturday first and the showroom was very busy. We recommend making an appointment when you really want to make selections, because then you can get time spent with just you and your project and you have all these fabulous people around to help you!

Favorite tile store to send clients for options. I have been using them for 21 years. High recommend.

When starting a bathroom remodel, we were pretty overwhelmed. We went into United Tile because they carried the shower and floor tile we were looking for. We found exactly what we needed and received amazing customer service and advice on our upcoming project. The guys in the warehouse were helpful and friendly!

We recently worked with a local flooring company, who advised us to look at United Tiles showroom for real life examples of tile and patterns that would look good for our project. On a Saturday afternoon, we went to the show room, and had a great time picking out samples and patterns that would look great in our home. The United Tile staff were both knowledgeable and professional, and helped us to make the best decisions when we picked out our tile. Their process for letting us take home samples was simple, and they even had a play area for our toddler while we looked through their tile selection. Now that our project is complete, I can say that I am truly impressed with the way it turned out, and cannot say enough good things about United Tile. I definitely recommend going to their showroom before making any tile design decisions for your next project.

Absolute terrible experience! The lady in the showroom was very rude for no reason at all. I am new to town, and I have been remodeling homes for quite some time, never got this kind of treatment.

Great customer representatives. Had a problem with my will-call order as place by a third party. CR got on the phone with the third party and stayed with them while the order was found and corrected in a matter of minutes in stead of leaving the solution up to me. Thanks !

This was my first time into the show room and though the products were great the attitudes were a bit uncomfortable. It took about 10min. before any of the three asked me if I needed assistance- yet I was the only one in there for most of my visit.

I was so overwhelmed by trying to figure out my tile then I came here. Erin is phenomenal! Their selection is large and I wish I would have skipped all the other times places I went to before them. This is my go-to place now!

Walked in with $3k tile budget for a small powder room. After 20 minutes of looking at the displays and wondering why the 4 staff members thought it more important to talk amongst themselves at the counter than to acknowledge me, I left.
