I drove all the way from Bend, OR to get a remote start. The customer service was excellent from the salesman and the installer. Nate and JD helped me pick out a remote start and was very knowledgeable and friendly. The installer Doug was awesome and extremely friendly as well. Shout out to Blane and Rob who are the owners of this family business. They take extremely great care of their employees and its great to see!

Go see Nate. I wasnt aware of the myriad choices available for an upgrade from my cheap stock radio. I told Nate what features I wanted and what would be superfluous to my needs. Nate immediately pointed out three head units that would suit me perfectly. No pressure to spring for other upgrades (speakers, amps, etc). Nate answered all of my questions in a forthright manner. Ill be going back to do future upgrades, as I can afford them. The installation was way quicker than I expected and looked fantastic. I would recommend this place to everyone. Would liked to have met Blaine, though.

This is my second stereo purchased for my 2004 GMC Safari . I also purchased an alarm system in 2017. The service and installation was TOP notch I highly recommend this business. The sales staff are all polite, courteous, and very informative.

They should open box before letting customer leave store. I installed my stereo yesterday. I open box everything was opened. There was no fuse in unit and the metal bracket was gone. Luckily I have spare parts bracket from old stereo fit and fuse not hard to find. I came in for the stereo on special all gone but I have this one for 40 more bucks. Yes it’s missing parts. LolWent to store today they took good care of me. For the miss up they gave me a box and sub free. Also purchased the same stereo as last time really good stereo for the money. Jorge was the gentleman that answered the phone previously when I called about concerns with my vehicle and its alarm system. He was very attentive to understanding what I was saying and needing (because I have to say I am not at all savvy with car things, only a little bit), so when he told me to pop on by, I did the next day. Jorge was so helpful, even remembered I was the one on the phone previously, and discussed what they could do to help my issue. We settled on a resolution and he took the keys for the mechanic Brian. Brian was so quick and professional with resolving my issue that I didnt even have time getting cold sitting while I waited. I didnt even notice how someone had to be in my car to fix the problem and was deeply satisfied with the customer service I received. They didnt push me to spend more than I could afford, or sway me to different models that may help. I have to say every time I have come here I have gotten superb customer service and felt that my needs were understood and addressed very well. A great place to go!

I had them install into my Corvette top of the line Kenwood with hand free telephone apparatus and I am completely satisfied they did a great job what I thought would take 3 to 4 hours took one hours go visit them get hooked up like I did completely satisfied

Somebody get me some toast, because this crew is the JAM!Ive got a 1963 Corvair Van thats essentially factory stock. As much as I love the nostalgia of listening to the AM radio, I decided it was time for an upgrade.JD couldnt have been nicer to work with. He was never pushy, and offered great suggestions and feedback after I told him what I was after. Once we decided what gear would be appropriate, we set a time for me to bring the Van by.Brian completed the install and did an incredible job hiding all the modern pieces within the confines of the Van. I had door speakers installed where there was absolutely NO access before, and the final product looks like it could have left the factory that way. The ONLY real give away is the modern head unit (which is now hanging under the still functioning factory radio). I can tell he put the time in and treated this install like he was putting it in his own vehicle. He didnt take any shortcuts. He even was able to mold the head-unit holder to match the curve of the factory radio bracket!This system sounds fantastic in this van. I couldnt be happier.In fact, Im so satisfied Im planning on bringing the van back soon to get rear speakers installed!Bottom line for me is this: JD helped me build the system I wanted, and the install was done with a ton of care. Anytime anyone else works on this old van of mine, I get a little nervous, but now I know that I had no reason to worry. So I called and made an appointment they got me in rather quickly I was appreciative of that. I had a stereo that I previously purchased put in that house so has a back up camera on my Dodge ram truck. While I was there and they were informing me of everything that I was going to need to have for them to do it they also asked me if I wanted to add a remote start. I told him I didn’t think I could do that because it was diesel and your start up is different and they told me that IActually could and so I told them fantastic to install it as well. They got everything done that day give me a call and I picked it up. Service was fantastic they were very informative and very pleasant.

Can I give more than 5 stars? If I could I would, to say that I am a happy/satisfied customer would be an understatement. I have loved car audio since I can remember and have built and installed some of my own systems on my older cars. However with my beautiful new ride I didnt want to take the chance and with all the new electronics it has become increasingly more difficult and risky. I figured it was time to let the pros handle this one. I did my research and it ultimately led me to Outrageous Audio. I had my concerns that I wanted addressed as I was VERY specific with what I wanted. I started with Jorge who provided excellent customer service as advertised, he packaged me out with exactly what I would need in a system to meet my goals (nothing more, nothing less).Now on to the technical side he introduced me to my installer Brian, I had a lot of questions, talking points and things I wanted addressed, but I couldnt believe it after I told him what I wanted out of the system it was like he was reading my mind, he addressed every single question, talking point and concern I had without even having to asked, I was very impressed. They even worked with me on the price where they could.Since it was a larger project we scheduled an install date, but Brian was great at fitting me in just a couple days later. I dropped the vehicle of as scheduled and came back later that day super excited to hear my new system. Within seconds of hearing it I was lost for words. The sound quality OH MY GOD the sound quality was unbelievable, it was like I was hearing these tracks I had listened to many times for the first time. The system install was magnificent from the super clean install (you cant even tell its there until you turn that baby on) to the amazing tune he did. Nate was really helpful the two time I showed up to outrageous audio from the very start when I called he was enthusiastic about his field of work and was constantly recommending his opinions to optimize the use of my current door speakers as well as trying to save me the most money I could. Now I would love to have him help me get a good subwoofer package and get that on the payment plan that works for me and I will leave another 5 start review.

I went in to get a new deck for my car after buying my car my Bluetooth had blown out. I was originally scared to do it but Nate made the process super easy and help with assisting the whole way. I was given a decent price as well. I love getting In my car and being able to listen to my favorite songs I cant stay out of my car now. I have a 2003 Mazda. Once I’m able to get the jeep I want in the next year I am bringing my car back here. If you go Ask for Nate he is the best. Came in today looking to upgrade the sound on my mustang and Peter hooked it up! He had a custom box for my car that leaves me with most of my trunk space which is awesome. Everything sounds better than I expected and Im already planning to come back for some more upgrades.

I had a crown Vic that I wanted to have a system put in. I met Nate and told him my budget. He worked with my budget and explained everything I needed to know. Good prices and package deals. No pressure and no up selling he even had me under my budget by a little. The whole new system only took about 6 hours for me to get a call that it was done. A lot sooner than I originally thought it would be. Everyone’s extremely friendly and I will be back for more because of the awesome environment. Would highly recommend, Jorge was excellent and able to assist me in getting marine grade stereo, speakers & install an amp I had brought in for my boats wakeboard tower speakers. I came in late afternoon on Thursday 7/22/21, and he said come first thing the following morning and they would get me in. They were very open on different options as well as realistic install time, got my boat back later the same day and Jorge and the install team were able to give the run through and test the sound, and stereo/speakers sounds great on the water. My review is based on the help received by Jorge and Mike. When going in I was at a base knowledge level of understanding how doors speakers actually operated, came in with no amp hooked up just aftermarket speakers, Jorge suggested I add a 4 channel amp to my setup but I was highly skeptical. After doing his suggestion I am more than pleased with the outcome. Night and day difference. If you want to do something do it the correct way and go to a professional who is as knowledgeable and experienced as Jorge and Mike. Mike took the time out to personally tune my system. Without them Id still be highly disappointed with my aftermarket door speakers. Now Im slappin the right way. Thanks guys.

IF YOU’RE A FIRST TIME AUDIO BUYER KNOW THIS: Some things in life it DOES matter how much you spend. Cars, audio equipment, shoes etc. don’t go cheap. Expect to spend over $1500 easily for a new “system” installed. If you want to go cheap, then quality and longevity mean zilch to you. But if you do decide this is the way you want to go then LOOK NO FURTHER. I AM A CUSTOMER FOR 24 YEARS AND COUNTING. I avg purchases every 4 yrs or so. (New car, wanting newer stuff, etc) You will also need to have confidence in the products and TRUST in the store and its installers. Outrageous Audio is top tier in every category. I had gone to Abe until he retired, and I had the pleasure of having Allen assist me with my latest purchases. Being new does not affect Allen’s knowledge, kindness, and his desire to please his customers. I was impressed. So, those of you that hate the commercials, are doing yourself a gigantic disservice by allowing Blaine’s tv “character” stopping you from hands down the BEST place around.

I cant say enough good stuff about these guys. I went and seen them and I came from Olympia so about a hour and a half drive and I would do it again. They were extremely knowledgeable of there products and were not just trying to make a sale. The guy that helped me was Nate and after I decided what I wanted I ended up being short on my purchase and he marked it down so that I could go home with the product I had my heart set on and didnt try to pressure me into getting a much cheaper brand name just to make a sale like most competitors would do (car toys). My speaker is going above and beyond what I expected and I got my whole sound system at a fraction of what everyone else was charging. Thanks Nate for being a boss and getting me what I needed sorry for the late review but u deserve the credit so here it is. There selection was ongoing and so could this review but these where the highlights of my experience and if your in the neighborhood u wont be disappointed!!!!!! Give them a shot Ill see u guys for my next purchase in a few months.

If you want to spend ridiculous amounts getting your stuff installed then this is the place for you. They wont give prices over the phone even if you get the exact car information but make you bring it in person. The low prices they put on their fliers and site is non existent. $300 stereo and they want $1200 to install it and then claimed you needed parts to make the backup camera etc work, nope works fine without it. Also priced a drop down DVD player, they wanted $800 for the install and labor alone?Advice, watch some videos and do it yourself and save a lot. Doing it myself saves well over $1,000 with not much more time than they take to get it done.If you need install kits or other parts then you can get those here for diy, seen a couple smart customers coming in for parts and then leaving to do themselves.If you do not mind dishing out a paycheck then go right ahead, qualify work is at least done here.

Went in to buy a stereo. Spent a bit more than I was looking to spend ( just over $2500) but those guys hooked me up with great fast customer service and were very helpful.I ended up buying the Kenwood Excelon and a car alarm.I love it. It seems to be a great system and love the Navigation features. Sounds great too.

Very unprofessional. They get attitudes and a very flamboyant arrogant. They hooked up wires at my car that what they werent supposed to almost caused my car to have a brain malfunction and when I went to them about it and show them the receipt and pictures from the Toyota dealership they got an attitude with me and try to tell me it wasnt their work like I said very unprofessional

Ive gone to this place a few times and they go above and beyond to help! Jorge Vasquez helped us this time and when we took our radio home and installed it ourselves the touch screen didnt work, they told me to bring it in and exchanged it for me no questiones asked! Their customer services is amazing! I highly recommend them! 👍
