One of my all time favorite places to deliver to, its just so smooth in and out no bs kind of place.

Had an appointment for the weekend and when I arrived they were closed! Called my company who told me they should be open. Not sure what happened? Had sit on this load all weekend only to have to sit some more to get a new appointment. Havent even made it on the yard yet and I hate this place already!! 😠😠😠

It is a very nice new building, lots of Room to back in to the docks. They have weird tire chocks though. Security at the front gate was cool

Quick fast. If you got a 5am delivery, get here at 4. As soon as the light turns green you can come in beer side. Don’t know about wine side. At the end of cutter there is a big culd a sac to turn around in if right side of street is full. Giant parking lot to back in but can get busy sometimes

It’s a new warehouse friendly staff not much night parking specially very helpful security person check in first come to the dock put your paperwork back in the trailer back into the dock Lock your trailers tire and they unload you bring paperwork to you very easy and there quick big lot and parking in side awesome place

I have been there twice for delivery.- Limited street parking available if you are very LUCKY- On-site restroom not available- Generally Employees are courteous and helpful- Vine receiving docks are very tight. If you are new driver it may be little challenge for you- Vine receiving gentle man don’t know his name (petite goatee) is very kind, humble & courteous. Normally he assign docks to truck driver.- Approximate unloading time is 15-20 minutesHope it helps.

Very friendly staff . Quick unload . Try to get there on your appointment time . There is no overnight parking . Security guards can let you sleep in front of gate if you have early morning delivery . Brand new building doesn’t show in google but it’s there 😂

Would have been a phenomenal place for a career, but they do extensive background checks as well as credit checks.

Easy money once you learn the routine. Cash or check only. Dock sales only on Thursday and Friday. Leave your empty shell at the car and they will grab once they bring your fresh keg. LOTS of choices for beer and cider and a good selection of brewery swag (shirts and glassware) at a good price.

They cant get there act together. My order is a week late, they have changed delivery time twice on me today. They also changed my delivery from biweekly to monthly without any notification.Very poor excuse for customer service.

The worst customer service of all time!!! Sure they have some good beer, but in this day and age good beer is easy to come by with customers becoming more and more knowledgeable about brewing and the brewing of beer becoming more and more popular. You would think the sales representatives at Columbia would do more to back up the products they distribute and to keep their customers. At our store, the worst reps are from Columbia. They are rude and only care about their bottom line. If can fine any other distributor, really any other is better really. Trust and believe!

We have used Columbia Distributing for years. They constantly mess up our orders. Their drivers don’t do their jobs. Recently they switched the way they do their ordering and didn’t inform us of these changes. So, we did not get our order last week. After making several calls to Columbia they still have not done anything about it. We still have no order, they did not send the emails they promised and our new rep still hasn’t called us back even though we were promised a call back last Friday. We are now reconsidering ordering from them at all. They really need to work on their customer service and find better ways to transition. They have poor communication and don’t care about their customers or their needs.

Fast, affordable, willing to work within our budget. Love the drivers who are professional and work tidy. We LOVE columbia Distributing!

Were based in Tacoma and have been trying to contact Columbia and our account rep for over a month to place an order for our business, who has been a customer of Columbias for several years. I realize that they just took over Marine View Beverage and that things are probably backed up right now, but were a seasonal business and currently have barely any product to sell. Our last delivery from Columbia was April 4th... over a month ago. Every time we call, were promised that someone will call us back or that our request will be escalated, yet nothing has happened. Extremely dissatisfied with the service were getting from Columbia Distributing and would gladly take our business elsewhere if there was another local beer distributor selling the same product.

I’m dealing with this company and it’s very frustrating! We have a second bar in Seaside area they haven’t send us a representative salesman person ! 2 months and my recycling haven’t been picked up on time ! The worse company I’ve had to deal with that’s for sure

They rarely have what I want in stock..unless its some low quality domestic.

Their trucks block bike lanes with impunity. Their drivers are rude jerks who, when confronted say they dont care about cyclists being put in danger when forced into car lane behind their truck where drivers cant see them.All so people can get their fix of crappy beer and overpriced sugar water.

The benefits are good, they work you into the ground 50 to 60 hrs a week pay not real good unless u have a cell, drivers are treated like hold, so if u have a cdl its a good place to work.
