I bought a mattress, a euro top, i wasn’t told or aware that your body sinks into it. I bought it cause it seems firm at first. Until you lay there for a minute. Now I’m having extreme back pain and no return policy. The sales rep was a great guy. Not blaming him. Just wish it was in the sales point… some of us don’t know the difference!

Just bought my dream bed today, but not of my own doing. The nice gentleman, Gabby, was a tremendous help! I wasn’t quite sure what I was looking for but after Gabby asked me some questions and showed me a few different beds, based on my responses to his questions, I soon found myself laying in a plush yet supportive mattress; that felt like pure bliss! As I lay there, Gabby asked me more questions and shared with me the specifics of the mattress. He had a wealth of knowledge in regards to the different options to choose from and why some mattresses are better than others - based on a range of things but primarily as they applied to me and my own personal needs. I ended up selecting a bed that was more money than I anticipated to spend, however, after learning some things and having experienced the support and cushiness of the mattress, I decided that I needed it in my life! I have to be honest though, had I not had Gabby to assist me and help me understand what I was looking for and why, I’m not sure I would have had the same experience —or expertise that I needed to make this decision. I sent a text late night Friday and had an answer Saturday morning. Laura was professional, kind and super efficient. When we arrived we basically just had to pay as the paperwork was done ahead of our arrival. Came for a spare room mattress and Lori helped us pick the perfect one. She wasn’t pushy, provided us different options, and listed to what we were wanting. Ironically, my husband and I were saying two very opposite things but she knew how to find something just right for the both of us. We did have a hiccup regarding the bunkie board but she assisted us with returning it, no questions asked.

Last week, after returning items to Staples, I walked over to Mattress Firm to peruse their inventory and pre-Black Friday sale. I haven’t had a new bed in years and have just recently moved, so I have been in the market. As soon as I walked-in, Gabby greeted me warmly and asked how he could help me. He is extremely knowledgeable and was determined to find the bed that fit my price and my sleeping needs the best. The first question out of his mouth was, “do you prefer firm, medium or soft?” I told him my preference, he asked if I needed a box spring or not then we discussed my budget. I am returning to school therefore my budget is modest. I told him my budget and my needs for the type of bed I wanted to purchase. He did try to up-sale an adjustable frame and a pillow, but when I reiterated my budget and that I could not spend more he humbly respected my needs. I appreciate this the most about him. He is a salesman but treated me as a human being first and a customer second. He was kind enough to offer a frame and delivery for free. He is a kind and trustworthy human. The loading team was prompt, followed proper unloading techniques (I’m a former hardware store employee), helped load the mattress in my truck, and practiced proper COVID safety procedures when interacting with me to sign paperwork.I highly rate this store and suggest you visit it instead of general department stores.

Was like walking into a well maintained sleazy used car dealership. We walked in to an empty building, no customers, no staff. Shortly after the guy who we walked by outside on the sidewalk came in as he was apparently the salesperson. He was pretty rude and not interested in selling to us. After the second time he used the phrase I am going to tell you this one more time so listen closely we walked out. Drove to another mattress store and within an hour made our purchase. Id avoid this place unless you just want to get out of the heat and lay on some new beds.

Corey Covington assisted my husband and I today, he made the process easy and painless. We needed a bed that day and he very quickly looked up and showed us which mattresses he had in stalk in the warehouse for pick up immediately. We were in and out in less than 20 minutes. While in the store we also overheard him helping direct a costomer to another store for a specific item they didnt carry-- always nice to see people helping out even when it doesnt result in a sale for them! Additionally Corey was able to find us a small discount on the mattress we picked. All in all, a great experience, we will continue to come to this store for our mattress needs!

Been months since we purchased and to this day, still discovering how Robert M screwed us with the financing. Sadly, the manage didnt offer much resolution at the time and I dont recall his name, just that it starts with a G.Improper information and several months later I discover yet another fact Robert and his manager misinformed us on as well.It just never ends. Will NEVER buy from Mattress Firm again. Bad customer service and lies.

My husband and I just bought a brand new mattress for cheap! We were in and out of there in probably 15 minutes! Definitely recommend!

Disappointed with our purchase and the way they upheld the warranty of our mattress. We purchased a Serta icomfort firm mattress, $2300. We have had this mattress for less than 3 years and have rotated it every 6 months as we were told to do so. We noticed over the past year that there are huge holes on both my husband and my side that we fall into every night. The middle of the bed is very firm and the difference between the middle and either side is so drastic you actually will fall to one side or the either. We filed a claim and they were quick to respond and say this is natural. We sleep terrible, and because of the positioning of my back when I sleep I had to get on steroids and muscle relaxers due to a sprained back. I’m so disappointed, I will never ever shop at any mattress firm in the future. I’m a firm believer that company’s should stand proudly behind their product, this definitely is not the case with mattress firm.

You go in, they help you find a mattress, they let you try it for months with the ability to return it if you dont like it. Umm... Whats not to like? Just be sure to check prices online to make sure youre getting the best deal.

Update, set up delivery with Lugg and when they got to the warehouse to pick up our new bed the only thing that they found was a note on the door tha said Closed for Inventory. Not at all happy I immediately called Erika back and told her that at this point I just want my money back. She was on it. Called other stores and found my set in stock and covered the delivery fee. Got it last night. Great job Erika. Will be back soon for another mattress.
