Friendly staff and usually quick in and out, they usually have exactly what I need

A little understaffed, but the workers are always helpful. Yes theres boxes of items that need to be restocked in places but overall its not a nuisance. No tripping hazards or toppling over hazard. Other than that, they usually have what I need when I dont feel like going to HEB.

I love all the Dollar General stores. This one is particularly nice with a super staff! They treated me like a friend rather than just someone passing through. I really appreciate the the great attitude.

I love this store. All the stuff you dont realize you need for a buck. :) Unlike some stores of this type, this store always clean when I visit it, aisles arent disaster areas. Great place to get cleaning supplies.

Employees are great! The location is odd, but the store is fine. Dont trust hand written sales discounts! Take a picture! 😂😂😂 Im going back this week to see how organized it is now that the sale is over!

They need to make this a bigger store for all their merchandise...

In Portland are pretty good and its kind of small to shop around and trying to get rid of Christmas stuff and New Years too so now they are getting Valentines stuff out to sell for next month and in Taft are same too 🙂👍🙂👍🙂👍

I would say 95% of the time I find what Im looking for, and better prices than most places I go to.

The Dollar General is awesome for saving money! Their app is a definite must. My only complaint is the store is so small.

Merchandise everywhere, never have what you need in stock!! Fridge area disgusting and dirty clearly not managed well!

All three in area are always cluttered and messy. Mark downs are never done correctly. They don’t adjust prices and anytime they have a clearance event, you might want to double check the original price. You can’t promote something as an additional half off if it’s only ringing 0-25% off. That’s misleading and illegal last time I checked. The last event they actually tried to convince me that an item was already reduced by 50% but I knew the product well and it was actually marked UP ($2.50 from $2).

Easy quick to pick up what u need, workers always ready to assist if necessary. Prices reasonable.

Stock day, the isles were crowded or blocked off.

Our cashier was pleasant and had good p.r. skills. There was an aisle blocked by boxes and an older woman was trying to pass. I moved the boxes so she could get through and the lady stocking merchandise gave me stink eye. The store was a bit disorganized and I was just trying to assist. No good deed goes unpunished, I suppose. Other than that, the store has everything you would expect from a Dollar General.

The shelfs are always empty and the alsies are hard to get down. With stocks blocking the alsies. Its take you up to 5 mins to get check out and empys sitring at the checks out stand eating. The worst i ever see.
