Great service. Very helpful, good communication, delivery driver is very bright and has a contagiously positive attitude. Cost is comparable to disposable diapers. Highly recommend.
Tidee Didee is great! Good communication, prompt service, and super soft diapers. They make getting started with cloth diapers so easy! My baby has very sensitive skin, and we struggled with diaper rash when using disposables. After switching to cloth, her rashes cleared up right away! The price isnt much more than buying disposables, and its more than worth it. If youre thinking of trying cloth, Tidee Didee is a wonderful way to do it.
I live far from my brother and sister-in-law, across the country. It is a comfort to know how much help and peace of mind they get from your services, so much they are on their second time around. We are thrilled to be part of their family at such a distance by crediting their account and offering them a helping hand in such a beautiful time in life through your business.
We have used the service for twins for 6 months now. Everything has been great. I would recommend to others.
We used tidee tidee for 5 years and 2 kids! It was great. We loved using cloth diapers and the convenience of not having to wash the diapers ourselves! We had no issues. Id recommend them to anyone e who wants to use cloth without having to wash any diapers!
Very easy to work with. They pick up the dirty cloth diapers for a reasonable fee ($20/week). Love them!
I will put you in Dirty Jobs with Mike . I come from Slovakia and I see the future in Europe in your business! Please contact :)Good job
Weve been using Tidee for the last 9 months with our daughter and its been nothing but an extreme pleasure. Im a big fan of the 12 week special.. you get a free week and a free diaper cover :) Also if you are going to use this service just go with the Flip covers.
We have been using Tidee Didee since our first daughter was born almost two years ago, and are excited to be adding our new daughter any day now to the service (for only around $5 more a week - cant beat that!). We have a smaller diaper pail and they are kind enough to include an extra bag for us at no charge each week, as well as happily adjusting our diaper numbers sometimes weekly as our daughter has grown. I remember when our first daughter was younger holding the newly delivered diapers up to my face each week and enjoying how clean and fresh they smelled. We sometimes do put her in disposables for weekend trips, but the extras from one week even out and get used up with the smaller delivery the next week (since we returned fewer, which makes perfect sense). Our driver is very friendly and has even given us a heads up when he saw a suspicious vehicle in the neighborhood once. Weve never had any problems with the service, and the ladies in the office are always friendly and patient on the phone. Weve had a little bit of a learning curve figuring out when it was time to change sizes of the inserts, but now with baby #2 I think well have it down. Love the 12 week specials that get us fun, free diaper covers, delivered free with our diapers, as well! My parents used cloth diapers with my brother and I growing up, and it turns out they used Tidee Didee as their service in Salem! I love using cloth diapers, and especially love not having to deal with washing them in our home washing machine :) Thanks so much!Update: When I wrote the above review, we had dealt with some problems with the company missing one of the two bags of diapers we turned in each week (only happened after switching to toddler size), but the ladies were always so sweet at the office about fixing it that I was still really happy with the service. This was never a miscount, but half the diapers missing at delivery, Id call and theyd find the bag and apologize and either drop the rest off or wed go pick them up. After our second daughter was born, the problem continued, except that they would count one of the bags of toddler diapers towards the smaller size that our baby was using, so wed get far too many small diapers and far too few toddlers. The company still fixed the problem, but a new (to me) lady in the office was less and less nice when I called. One day she told me that they had a meeting about us because of all the problems we were causing, and that we couldnt adjust our weekly order to compensate for their mistakes anymore. She was very harsh and when I finally said that it sounded like they wanted us to stop using the service, she told me that I should think about that.We had just been gifted $65 total in gift cards to Tidee Didee for my baby shower, so my husband called and worked out a deal where we were not allowed to change our order for 4 weeks, and they gave us the date when we would use up the money we had already prepaid in our account. We could either use our gift cards to purchase merchandise in the store or have them refunded when we stopped service. Of course, our older daughter potty trained that week, so for four weeks we paid for and returned an unopened bag of 40 toddler diapers. After the four weeks we canceled the toddler diapers and our sweet delivery driver congratulated us, but nothing from the company (the harsh lady had repeatedly bragged to me that theyd send a special certificate when she was no longer in diapers). We called on the date they had told us we could end the service and we were told that the $65 in gift cards had already been spent on the previous weeks service! We had been given gifts to the service previously and they were always careful to get our authorization before spending them. It was just one more blow to have that money taken after following their every direction to the letter. We had loved them, but ended up feeling hurt and just glad to be done. Very disappointed in the change in customer service. I hope they go back to being a company that cares.
Started with Tidee Didee as a way to ease into cloth diapers. Tidee Didee Portland did exactly what they said they would, which is deliver sparkling clean diapers to our door on a weekly basis. No washing, rinsing, or shaking out required on my part; they did all the work with the dirty ones, I just set them out for pick up. I would highly recommend this service for anyone who wants cloth diapers but doesnt want to wash themselves and/or has limited access to laundry facilities. Staff was great about answering questions (the billing matrix was a little confusing to me, but staff was extremely patient explaining everything). They have a gift registry option you can add to your baby registry so friends and family can contribute, and starting and stopping service was easy. The boutique is also filled with fun goodies. The only reason I gave 4 stars and not 5 is because the service is a little expensive (but worth it, and about the same as the cost of disposables over the long haul).
I was going to give 1 Star but i decided to be nice for the fact that some people who work there are very good at their job and understand costumer service. in the beginning before my service had even started i was treated very well. so i decided to pay two months in advance (never again will i make that mistake). my son was two weeks late and born 8 lbs so they did work with me on getting the right size diapers for him but i had to wait a week for them. the first diaper of theirs i put on him gave him a horrible rash that almost looked like the start of staph! and each day it was even more worse. so i stopped using them for 2 days and it went right away. but i was stupid and continued to go back to the cloth diaper i mean i paid for 2 months and we do not have all the money in the world to just waist that. around a month and a half i just gave up. took him into the DR and right after i told her i used this service she knew it was the issue. recommended i end the service and just wash them myself. she has other parents who have used them and didnt hear anything good about the ending process so warned me to be careful that they will try and get money out of you. so i did just that called and ended it. but planned on starting back up after he was a bit bigger hopping his skin could handle it. the day i called i had also just so happened to have passed out the night before and forgot to put the bag of dirty diapers out (new mother cant always remember everything and passing out randomly often) so i made sure to ask if i should bring them in and what to do. i live very close it would not have been hard to even walk them there. but i guess it was okay i just had to put them out the fallowing tuesday. it was weird to me they would let them sit another week with out washing but i tied the bag up and stopped using them all that day even tho i had way over 100 unused ones in my house i wasnt going to risk it. i received a bill soon after that bag was picked up the next week saying i owed them $56 for mold! i couldnt believe it. i asked if i needed to bring them in. but she insisted that i let them sit longer then that because a extra week of wet diapers in a tied up bag could not get moldy? i was worried about it happening and i should have just listened to my gut and took them in anyway. then i received a call saying they were ripped up! now she was pulling stuff out of her ass. i was given diapers from them with holes in them and rips before i know that bag was not one of them but did with the infant size ones. and they sit in a covered garbage can in my bathroom so if she is trying to say my Service animal dog some how got in the can put holes in them and then put them back she is crazy! maybe my newborn ripped them?!i have read a lot of other reviews from people saying they like to bring up random charges in the end and i wish i would have just seen that so i didnt waste and bunch of money and now have bills i will not be paying during a time that money should be going to my son. i hope that someone else sees this before they get screwed by them as well. now i know not to trust a place just because of one friendly face and to read review always
They dont follow there store hours.
