We love it. The install was on our back deck which is 30’ up and the awning is 23’ wide and couldn’t go through the house. And they did great. We had our first family dinner under cover from the rain and it was perfect. Thanks Pike.

We ordered our 1st awning from Pike’s 12 yrs ago. After hard use it finally needed to be replaced. Our experience with them on the 1st was fantastic so we went back to them for replacing it. I needed a covering for the custom pergola I just completed. Through an internet search I found Pike Awning in Portland and contacted Emily. She helped with a fabric choice, promptly sent color samples and ordered the fabric as soon as we made a decision. They crafted the covering to my measurements and specifications. The cover fit is spot on, The sewing is just perfect. I picked up the finished cover at their facility and installed it myself up in Bend, Oregon.. We couldnt be happier with the result!

Ive been associated with the construction industry for 40 year and understand the difficulties of finding good qualified and dependable employees. Pike out did itself today. We have a 1998 era awning which a worker snapped off the hook attachment during our roof replacement. I called and sent pictures to 3 awning companies in Portland (one of which I contracted to have the awning cover replaced in 2020) and all 3 said they were unable to help us. After sending pics to Pike Awning, they said theyd look at my pictures and see if they could help me. Joe got back to me and said they might be able to help and that theyd send someone out to look at it. Wally arrived, looked at it for 10 or so minutes and said he could fix it. He was professional, obviously qualified, was detail oriented and I could see that he enjoyed what he was doing. I asked him how long hed be doing this and he said 35 years. Amazing since so many people hate their jobs and dont want to be doing it, which customers can see. Wally enjoyed what he was doing and I believe that is the culture of this company. When I spoke with I think was the office mgr she referred to Joe who took the time to determine the next appropriate steps and sent Wally who fixed it!! In my experiences, Pike has a team that cares and is competent in all the aspect that we customers look for. I would have them on my property anytime and refer them to friends who need awning help!

We purchased a sun shade for our west-facing patio. The entire process was positive. Contact online, by phone, and in person...all were very professional and positive. The quality of the sun shade and the mechanics are top notch. I absolutely love how you can still see the colors of the sky, trees, and grass through the screen and yet it provides excellent shade. Pike Awning built us a custom aluminum, black powder coated awning for our front porch, and it looks amazing! There was a small problem with the height of the awning installation, because it was hitting our screen door.
