We were in the market for new garage doors. The 1st local company I spoke to told me they would have someone call me back...which no one ever called...When I went to DSI they also told me they would have a sales rep call me. Within a few days I was contacted and appointment was made for an estimate. The tech for the estimate was going to be a little late, but he called to let me know. We did order the doors and everything was done so professionally from follow-up from Ted to let me know status and installation date to the actual installation. We could not be happier with everyone involved and more importantly the look of the new garage doors. What a difference!! Thank you Ted and all involved for such great service! I would highly recommend DSI to anyone looking to replace their garage doors..

Given the restrictions of the circumstances the installations were completed in a very timely and professional manner. I have used DSI on several occasions and will continue to use DSI in the future.

We had a cable snap over the weekend, so that we couldnt open our garage door and had a car inside the garage.Called DSI first thing Monday morning. They diverted a tech to come over within the hour. He quickly replaced all of our cables, adjusted the opener, and performed some routine maintenance. The door opens much easier and is much quieter now.Definitely would recommend DSI for any garage door needs, sales or service.

I can’t say enough good things about this company. Both times I called with door issues, they came out the same day. The garage door I have is old, so I just recently upgraded, Ryan installed my new unit. He was professional, competent and very friendly. The front desk staff (Keira and Olivia) are awesome and very helpful too! I highly recommend this company.

Garage door was frozen to the floor in this crazy cold weather. The spring broke before the door could break free from the ice on the floor. Googled garage doors in Portland and called DSI based on the positive reviews. Talked to Ryan at 11 AM and Ted showed up 3 hours later. Door is as good as new and he was gone in 30 minutes. Both individuals were extremely polite, courteous and professional. Pretty much the epitome of outstanding customer service. Highly recommended if you need some door work done.

Don’t waste your time, I called a couple months back to get my garage door fixed, about 3 weeks went by without hearing anything back from the “salesman” who did a site visit. When I called him to inquire when my appointment for repair was scheduled, I was rudely told to call the service manager on my own.Awful customer service and my garage door still hasn’t been fixed.I will be calling someone else to come fix my door.

Great pricing, service, and installation

Our garage door would not open, and I thought we had a problem with the electric eye units, so I called DSI. They scheduled a visit within one working day. In the meantime, my son-in-law came by, and he said that the problem was actually a broken spring. I did not tell that to DSI, but when they came by they quickly identified the problem as just what my son-in-law had said. I.E., DSI did not perform services that I did not need -- good sign of trustworthiness. They made a temporary fix, then a permanent one later in the day. Courteous, professional (office staff and the tech), highly responsive, and, I think, fair in pricing.

I have a 9 shop door which was damaged, I called DSI and spoke with Ted, after our intro he wanted to bend over backwards for us. He sent a door tech Alex the same day to ensure my door would work before it could be repaired. My peticular door of course is a discontinued item, but Ted found a section in stock that would work for us & even installed Windows for us so we wouldnt have to replace the entire door, within a day the door was fixed by an outstanding tech namedVladimer who also PMd, sealed and adjusted the repaired door. Torsion bar on our garage door broke on Tue night, called DSI at 7:30 am on Wed morning. Kiera answered and was a pleasure to talk to. They were onsite within 60 mins and had the garage door fixed within an hour of showing up. Pleasantly surprised with the customer service, promptness of providing information to me, and ability to solve a problem so swiftly. Highly recommended!
