This shop has been recommended to me by a family member, but I was warned that the mechanic is rarely available. I stopped at this shop before over a year ago and the mechanic (older Asian gentleman) was not able to help me. He said he was too busy and told me to try again another time. I just ended up going elsewhere.Today (Friday) I went by around 1:30pm, no appointment, because my brake pads needed replacement. Same man was there and I walked in on an interaction he was having with another walk-in client. They were going back and forth about scheduling and prices. The client was just told to come back a different day.When the mechanic was done with the other client, he asked me what was wrong with my car. He kind of chuckled and told me to bring it in. I did so and he said he could replace the brake pads for me and quoted a reasonable price. I asked if I should schedule and appointment and he said no he would do it right then. There was definitely a language barrier and it was a little difficult to understand some things. I left the car with him and told him I’d be off work at 5pm. When 5pm rolled around I received a call from him saying my car was ready. The brakes were fixed and that was that! You do have to walk/drive in through the garage door as there is no regular door to go through.Pros: Affordable and fastCons: Language barrier, no appointments and super busy...so have a backup.

I arrived at 3:50pm Friday afternoon and their office was locked but the garage was open. I spoke with the Asian dude and he was completely unhelpful. I told him my issue, he told me what could be wrong and how he couldnt help me. Understandably being late Friday afternoon, but I asked if I could schedule an appointment and he said no. No? Not at all? I asked him to clarify the their hours and he said 8-5. You mean to tell me its not even 4pm and I cant schedule an appointment? HORRIBLE SERVICE!
