$300 for an oil change. Communication was poor, not timely at all. After driving away I noticed my engine light on and it didnt turn off for two days. The person I dealt with was very pushy to get more work done with an estimate of $2300. He seemed more concerned with generating a big bill then any of my questions. My mini is 8 years old with 94,000 miles. Ive had regular maintenance on it. It runs well. I have used this place for years and feel it may have changed management. I will probably sell my car if this is what to be expected going forward.

They went above and beyond the call of duty to repair my car, while dealing with my insurance and my emotional state. Such rockstars who really care and are true pros.
