Decent price for my 2017 tundra pro got an oil change with full synthetic. Cheaper than valvoline and they had it done in less than an hour with a couple cars ahead of me. Definitely recommend this place for oil changes

These guys cannot even put an inspection sticker on the windshield strait so why would I trust them with something that actually matters. After seeing that the sticky/glue was still on the windshield under and on the sides of the new state inspection sticker I confronted them about it. I was told that they could straiten the sticker but if it tore I would have to pay for a new one! I mean really was it my fault that it was put on at a 45 degree angle at the base of the windshield. After getting back into my vehicle I noticed that the stuff I had on my center console was on the floor and in the passenger seat. I asked them what they needed into my center console for since I had already given them the proof of insurance on the vehicle. My though was they were either looking for something to pocket OR they were driving my truck like a bat out of hell while doing the road test. Either way EPIC FAIL. I try my best to keep my money in this city even though I work at a dealership but after this I will just carry my business to where I work. Sad part is for the longest time I recommended this shop to customers of mine and probably sent the hundreds if not thousands in profits. NOT EVER AGAIN.I am an attention to detail person no matter how minor the detail is. Sad thing is I kind of created the issue for myself do the fact that about a year ago I had them do a tire swap between two vehicles, after I paid over a $100 to have them moved over and balanced I had to go to Discount Tire in Corpus to get the balance redone. The guys there said whoever balanced the tires before didnt know what they were doing, so like I said I should have expected this type of service.

I got an oil change and inspection and left with 3 lights on the dash 😫

They only got one star because I cant leave zero stars. They kept my car for a full day without even looking at it. I called at opening the following day and was told they might be able to look at it before lunch. Thats just to see what the issue is, mind you, not to actually fix it. If youre too busy to take on more work, dont take on more work. Dont hold my car hostage when its still able to be driven. I could have dropped it off at a later time instead of wasting a full day for nothing! Never again! Ill drive to Corpus next time.

Mechanic John admittedly said he broke part to the emergency brake and said it was still something so had to pay for. I tried explaining to the lady and she laughed and said if I wanted she could google the number for trouble shooters channel 10 news do I can call an complain to them.

Horrible Place I was there last week on wednesday I was sold a $40 tire thats leaks out air, I have to put air in it 2 x a day I know it was used but still u shouldnt sell bad tires.2 days later on friday I took it in and they charged me $18 to patch it up cause it had a screw this was around 11am by 5pm I was adding air to the tire the guy even told me well the tire is bad on the inside around the edge, so I said but u just sold me thus tire 2 days ago, well he said if it still leaks bring it back, like reallyWHY WOULD U SELL ME A BAD TIRE WORN OUT AND CRACKED THATS JUST HEARTLESSIF ONLY I COULD POST A PICTURE OF THIS DARN TIRE 😔

So I just took my truck for an inspection i drive a tuned diesel truck and i literally watched these unprofessional asshats jump in my truck and stomp it down the road, when i questioned the owner about why his employee is gunning it in my truck his reply was gotta do a 20mph brake test so lets see gunning it in my truck to 45mph black smoking it down the street is a 20mph brake test? So as Im chewing him a new one hes just smiling at me lile its some joke to him no action was taken against the employee if i could i wouldnt have given this place a star at all, they need to rename there shop to joy rides are us. Seriously if you need an inspection done in Portland go to Franks auto or anyone else in town besides these clowns
