The gang at Moody’s did a fantastic job rebuilding a modified Subaru WRX. They worked with the insurance company to purchase all the customized after-market gear, and took the time to get it right. Not an easy project and the car looks perfect. Thanks to TeamMoody for making it happen!

Had a bit of a fender bender and Moody’s helped me out of a tough spot! It took a little bit to get the car in (because of my scheduling), but once it was in the shop, they were prompt and professional. After I received the car I was still having a minor problem that may or may not have been due to the crash but they took care of it free of charge.

I stopped on Wednesday 11/25 to have my Honda Pilot evaluated for a paint problem. I was promised an email copy which I did not receive. I called again last week and was again promised an email. Still havent received it. Needless to say Im not too impressed.

My car was parked & hit, unfortunately the person not only hit my car, but drove off without pausing. It was dark, I was walking toward it but looking down to not fall, so I heard the awful crash, looked up as they kept going & on a 25mph road, I was the 3rd parked car down after turning on this street next to a school. I hoped it wasn’t my car, but it was. They did not hit the body of the car, except the side mirror, they hit the tire with such force they crushed the steering suspension system & the larger suspension system holding everything, including the engine in. I found out my insurance company had provided me a bare bones policy on a financed car 2 & 1/2 years ago (I have a 2016 Hyundai Elantra) & I’d have to pay the whole cost. Moody’s really scored a 10+ in every area possible. The person assigned to my case had a chat with me to discover how he could fix my car that would work within my financial budget. He kept me informed on any changes, explained in layman’s terms every step of the way & really went above & beyond to put me at ease. My car was done timely & it runs better now than it did before the crash because of the excellent work Moody’s did at a price that fit in my budget! I would recommend them to family, friends & strangers- everyone. I went to the Presumpscot St location, but I can only imagine all Moody’s may have such excellence. I’m thrilled & extremely grateful!

The people working here are excellent. I was vacationing in Maine with my family and we unfortunately experienced an auto accident and the people working at Moodys could not have been more kind to us. The customer service is top notch and they are very fair and quick. I would highly recommend this place to anyone in need of a good auto body shop which we all know can be difficult to find.

Moodys was amazing. After getting in a car accident I was so afraid to hear what needed fixing. The secretary who answered my phone call was the sweetest and made me feel at ease right away. Though my car was going to cost $3,000 to fix.. they broke it to me gently and helped me think about my options. Highly recommended..

A woman ran into me in Trader Joes parking lot. NOT my fault in any way. Went to Moodys, Ryan Labbe was great, did an estimate. All good. Submitted to the womans insurance (Travelers, dont go there for service). Travelers nickeled and dimed the estimate down by $300 by claiming that used and recycled parts should be used for repairs. They cited the same place in Gorham that Moodys uses for parts, by the way. I emailed Ryan Labbe three times with their reply (he also was in communication with Christine Rego at Travelers). I asked if they could work with the insurance companys reduced payment. I never even received a reply from him or anyone at Moodys. So, I am expected to pay for an accident that was not even my fault? Thanks, Moodys.
