I came in with a semi complex online order, between the phone and walk ins they were swamped. An employee named Gabe was absolutely working his butt off to help everyone, get this man a raise! Thanks for the help guys.

The first time I came here, the two gentlemen working were extremely helpful and friendly and were a pleasure to work with.my second experience here was having the doors locked early and the guys inside yelling at me that it was already closing time by their clock. This left me unable to get a part that I needed desperately for a repair this weekend.

Good selection based upon their website, but they close before they actually close. I showed up a little while before closing time at 6, and they had already locked up. So in case you need something before a trip or just need something urgently, don’t show up within 20 mins of closing because they probably won’t be open :/

My daughter, a nurse who lives in Portland, needed a new battery for her 2003 Jeep Liberty. I live in Omaha so I called Phil at CarQuest to see if he could help her. I bought the battery online and Phil went beyond to help my daughter out since shes on the front line of the pandemic. Cant thank him enough.

I called Carquest with questions about my BMW X3 that wouldnt start thinking it was a battery issue. I was stuck at the airport in portland and I live in Spokane, WA, and Javier went above and beyond his call of duty to make sure I was taken care of. He pointed me toward some mechanical shops that could help me get my car back on the road because he was afraid that my battery wasnt the problem. He was quick and efficient and super nice to me. He made sure I was taken care of before he hung up. Hes most definitely the most sincere person Ive talked to. I am super happy with his service. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone. These folks were great! Polite answering my call, although I was put on hold for awhile, there no irritating warped music to listen to, and when he returned he took time to look for the item that I asked for and described it to me. When I arrived, I was greeted even though they were busy and on the phone. He opened up the packaged item for me to make sure that it would work. Meanwhile he and another employee were very busy answering phones, answering questions and reading labels to customers. I thought that they were amazing and will return and recommend them to others as well.

Gabe is the man! I dropped a brake light into the light cover and he went out of his way to unscrew everything, get it out, fix it, and I could tell he was happy to do it. What phenomenal customer service!!

They convinced me I needed a different set of license plate hardware other then the set I was about to purchase and every piece fell apart inside the mounting holes. Worst 6$ Ive ever spent.

They wanted to sell me parts yesterday i went to three other part stores an they had a picture on the computer but couldnt get the part the other store had to talk to his boss to order the part an carquest had in stock an the exhauat gasket he took a tapemesure an got me [ne that would work thanks man thats my new part store
