Damaged parts after damaged parts. Ordered a rear differential for my bmw 550i. Got it with a damaged axel seal from a tech rushing to remove it.Replaced with another diff. And ordered an axle.. paid for an axle.. was called back 2 days later and told that the axle was not available. So they ordered another one for $50 more... got it. DAMAGED. Asked for help and was told to take it or leave it...Dont do business with these guys unless you like getting damaged parts.

Apperantly they made a new policy, and this policy didn’t allow me to take my parts which was not too nice because it took me over an hour to get there, and when I got to the place they said that my card has to match the account name, but if I payed cash I could get my parts, I didn’t have any cash on me and also the account is on my name so I completely don’t understand why they wouldn’t give me the part if they can verify that it’s me, also when I called them to pick up the parts, they didn’t say anything about the new policy and I ordered the parts when the policy was already made. Also waited a long time to get my phone answered, and when they finally picked up they always ask,”can you please hold for a minute” and then I stay there for like 10 more minutes🙁

Core charging scammers, core charges on EVERYTHING small and large parts, just so customers wont bother returning parts for a few bucks. So LKQ at the end of the year has millions? Fantastic scheme!

I ordered a part that was to arrive on Thursday, I waited Thursday and Friday. Finally called on Monday and was told the part was in but Sarah was out of the office so no one else could let me know my part was in. So I sat Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday with no car because no one else could let me know the part was here. Not very good business as far as Im concerned!

It used to be one of my first choice to buy used parts when I need parts for my cars, but lately their customer service has gotten worse. I felt like they didnt value my business any more. So I ended up taking my business to else where.

If you ever want to feel really insignificant, Id suggest standing at the counter here like a normal paying customer. Its like they go out of their way to ignore you. Their computer guy who claims he has little to no knowledge of parts was by far the most helpful and friendly person there, even though he couldnt help us. No one available to give prices or even sell the desired parts if they could. If I could give negative stars I would.

We have a collision repair shop and deal with JW regularly. He is great to interact with on the phone, very professional, as well as personable, funny, and quick. He follows up and does what he says he is going to do when he says he is going to do it. JW is very much appreciated on our end!!

Called 9/5 to order a LEFT side fender for my vehicle. I spoke to Holly Mccormick. I told her 3 times LEFT SIDE. 3 times!! I am very detailed oriented and I cant afford any errors since Id have to take time off from work to pick up the part. Came down,9/5/19, to pick up the part from the location on Cameron Blvd and its the RIGHT side fender!! I got in touch with Holly and her is excuse is she was confused because SHE saved the quote from my boyfriend and he told her the right side.(Keep in mind he was the driver at the time the car was damaged so he knows its the drivers side.) So even if that was the situation, if Im the one placing the order common sense would tell you to verify if you have conflicting information. Not once did she ask me if I was sure I needed the left as requested, or the right. I placed the order. I gave her ALL the details needed. I gave her my credit card information. Previous quote excuse is just that...an excuse. I can handle a mistake being made, but the lack of accountability and making up a trash excuse is what has me disgusted with this whole transaction and lack of customer service. So now Im out of money from missing work and have to wait another 2-3 days for hopefully the correct part.

Showed up friday to get my part and said it didn’t have it they said it will be there there Monday I came Monday and they still haven’t ordered the part and they said to come back the next day (ps. Lkq is a 1hr drive without traffic for me)

Beware, worked with Bethany, my sales rep. They ordered me a part they dont have and they also held my money for days before refunding. No attention to detail. Accidents happen but this level of incompetence is not acceptable.

This is a Auto Parts House they have the parts but if you pay with a credit card and get charged a core charge you cannot get your money back until 5 to 7 days after you return the core seems like an excuse to use the customers money
