John was absolutely awesome! He did an amazing job repairing the paint and also detailed my car! He was very professional and gave me a quote right away during his busy schedule. Took time out to tell me what work had to be done instead of just giving me a number. He was on time with the car which was great as I needed it for my work. I definitely recommend his shop!

John and Lizzie are exceptional people. After a collision, John let me know that the work would ideally take until the end of the week (I dropped off on a Tuesday), but COVID had stretched the timeline. I was going into the appointment assuming that we were talking perhaps a few weeks or a month even (given the shortages across industries), but what it meant was I got my car back just a week later (so five business days instead of three), which was honestly no real extra time at all.I want to individually mention Johns conduct though. Ive grown up being spoken down to by mechanics because of my gender. John treated me like a family member he was comforting. It was so professional, warm, and thoughtful how he spoke to me. Not only that, he personally drove me to Enterprise (because they were short-handed and couldnt get my rental to me) and waited until I was walking up to the rental to return to his truck and drive back. That level of care really touched my heart.Lizzie called back with the info on my car within three hours of dropping it kff and was equally kind and professional to deal with. She made the payment process very smooth and pleasant as well a week later. They even tried to get my car back to me on Monday evening, but I was unfortunately unable to get to the shop before they closed for the night.A note for anyone paying with a credit card: they do charge a 5% processing fee.I cant recommend the service and support I received at International Collision enough. This is EXACTLY what you hope to find when you use a local shop.

This place is awesome. John is such a sweetheart, and Omar was also a pleasure to work with. I was kept informed of what the vehicle needed done (a walk through prior to starting the work), & the timeline it would take to complete it. Also, they do not “talk down” to women, or try to sell you anything. It is a very professional shop with great people. You won’t be disappointed, definitely give them a try!

Top notch work. Very pro.. *AND* SUPER nice people. Which sets them apart.The owner took time with us after theyd closed to friggin show me how to fix some sap drips on my car. Omar and his team are absolutely amazing! I would recommend his shop to anyone needing work done on their vehicle. I had a situation with my trunk not closing after being rear ended. Omar took the time to work on my car without charging myself or the insurance company. He is incredibly honest and kind, and did not take advantage of the fact that Im a woman who doesnt know much about cars. Absolutely amazing service! Thank you so much!

Quality paint/body work, usually quick, and moderately priced...a rare trifecta in the auto body industry. I’ve had some paint work done on my 80 Series Land Cruisers and they’ve turned out like new(body panels came off for paint, wet sanded, etc). Can’t recommend this place enough!

International Collision Repair (ICR) was extremely professional, friendly, helpful, and was able to complete the repairs on our vehicle quickly and on budget. They were able to communicate clearly the issues and explain the process in a timely fashion. We would highly recommend ICR to anyone requiring their type of services. When you go in ask for John or Omar, they will take very good care of you!

The entire staff there is fantastic, from the girl at the front desk, all the way to the owners. Ive met all of them. They keep you in the loop of what is happening with your car, and always answer any questions you have. As much as I hope I never need them again. If I do, this is where Ill be taking my car.

They seemed like nice people, but there was a dude hanging out inside not wearing a mask and when they put my car back together they didnt actually fasten the panels in (just wedged them into place). My car was just in for an insurance estimate and they didnt do any repair work on it.

Absolutely wonderful to do business with! I took my car in due to vandalism (crazy people actually drilled a hole into my fuel tank to steal my gas.. what the) and yet I concluded my business with them with a smile on my face. When I went to pick up my car they actually were able to deduct some extra fees that occurred with my rental car because of a mishap with a faulty new part.. which was absolutely no fault of their own. They easily acknowledged the situation and with no hassle were able to fix the final bill, big thank you to John for that!! The replacement gas tank door and paint job look fantastic, like nothing even happened.100 % would go back, in fact its my preference should anything occur again.Thanks for running a great business!

This place has made my accident the best experience it could have been. Danielle is the nicest! Shes helpful and patient and went out of her way to make the situation I was in, as pleasant as possible. Also, when I was needing an extra hand, Dale came to the rescue! I will never go anywhere else!

Being in an accident is never a great experience. However, working with ICR made the whole thing a lot less stressful. They got my car it quickly, arranged for the rental agency to come get me and kept me updated on my vehicles progress. When I picked up my vehicle they had washed it and wiped down all the interior surfaces and vacuumed!Over a month after I had gotten my car back a new issue related to the accident popped up. They got me in right away and took care of the problem right away. I will recommend this shop to anyone who asks, I cant say enough how great they are.

They went above and beyond my expectations, were prompt, courteous and fixed a problem I wasn’t aware of in addition to the small repair and no extra charge. Highly recommend them! Went here on recommendation of insurance co. fairly good reviews online, and an established business. Initial contact was good, owner was in the office and was friendly. It was a fairly simple repair, although a delay in a wheel replacement put it out a few more days. No problem. In talking with the manager Travis about my tire, he berated me, talked condescending to me, and actually told me to come get my car if I didnt like it. (I couldnt do this as a contract thing with insurance) This all started with me calling him out on not calling me with an update on the day he said he would call. Instead of simply manning up and apologizing, he turned into a childish bully. His Im sorry had so much sarcasm oozing from it, I think it clogged my phone speaker. When I picked my car up, I let the owner know my dismay at the way his manager Travis had acted, and the business he had lost because of it, (I had a scratch repair estimated outside of insurance) which I decided against after his demeanor. The owner got my car for me, and the 1st thing I notice with my new wheel is the missing custom valve stem cover. Really?! The details should matter. He did give me a 5 spot to cover it. I also had to get the alignment redone too. That they had done 5 days prior. A week after my car was done they called and said I owed them more money beyond the $500 deductible I had already paid. I refused. Not recommended for a detail oriented car owner. Not recommended if you expect even basic customer service. I do have to add that Danielle, the receptionist, was very nice to deal with, and it is unfortunate that her managers customer belittling made her job harder.... UPDATE: When I accepted my car, it was brought out to me from a bay. Into the rain. I was happy (except for previously mentioned issues) This being my very first auto repair, I didnt think to inspect my whole vehicle. A couple weeks after, upon washing my car, I discovered white paint on my finish. There can be only one explanation, and that is that this shop not only provided horrible customer service, a severe lack of attention to detail, and an arrogant attitude when confronted with what was wrong, but also got WHITE PAINT on my dark gray car!!! It didnt even need paint! Because I was so done with them, I ended up getting my finish buffed out on my dime. ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE experience!!!

I went in to get my Dodge Stratus front end replaced and hood. They quoted $1,500 less than the shop down the road. John (owner) is a great guy and took the stress of this accident off my shoulders. John fixed my car in in under 2 days and it looked PERFECT. The best auto repair shop in Portland period.

They got my car into their shop right away and did a really satisfying job of repairing my vehicle. When I picked my car up they had even detailed it for me.

They took great care of me, expediting parts from out of state despite a run in with a backorder. Kept me up to date on the status every step of the way. Car looks and drives great. My car was repaired here through progressive and I had to take it back to get it relooked at and they made sure to take care of the problem and make sure I was satisfied with their work, unfortunately i had to go again but the 2nd time seems to be fixed and they made sure to do it very quickly and without much wait. I recommend this place they are great

Took my car there to get the windshield and cowling fix and was told l should also look at getting the minor dents fixed. Car sat for two weeks before insurance totaled my car. I ended up cancelling the claim and they finally did what I originally asked but now I had to pay for it out of pocket.

Recently, I was rear-ended on the 205 in a blinding rainstorm and the other driver fled the scene. What a disaster, right? Thankfully, I took my car to International Collision Repair. ICR did a timely estimate, fixed my car quickly and on time, translated the insurance jargon (and helped me have the right documents and information for my company every step of the way), got me into a rental and my 5 year old car was so clean and shiny when I picked her up that it looked like new. None of this fully shows the best part of ICR. EVERYONE I met there was helpful and highly competent, and had time to explain things. ICR has posted this statement online,We know that no one ever really wants to do business with an auto body shop; you werent planning a wreck. Thats why we go out of our way to make the entire process as easy as possible.I am here to say this is true and I will recommend International Collision Repair to everyone who wants an honest, helpful, reliable auto body repair experience with the most excellent people around.
