After a few text’s back and fourth due to my work schedule we set up a convenient time to look at the car. What I really enjoyed was the NO HAGGLE approach. COLBY was courteous, very professional and was able to answer all of my questions. It was a calm, enjoyable environment and after coming to a satisfying deal, I’m the proud owner of my dream car. Eddie helped me buy my Audi and trade in my old car! I loved that they were not pushy like most dealerships and all of them were very honest! Im not ordinarily a review writer. But this weekend, my wife and I bought 2 cars from 2 different dealers on Saturday. We went to the other dealership first because it was so far away from us. Not going to go into the details, but it took us far longer than it should have given the complexity of the transaction.In stark contrast, our D&C rep, Colby, provide what I can only call concierge level service from BEFORE we even got there. I knew what my trade-in value was, the car I was buying was cleaned and ready for me to take on a test drive.There was a minor issue with the car and D&C agreed to take care of it. Since it had just arrived from being shipped, they didnt have a lot of time to look it over before I came to test drive it. (Edit: This issue was taken care of)The financing was done quickly and explained thoroughly by Alex and the whole transaction felt more like my comfort and satisfaction were foremost. I would highly recommend working with these top-notch professionals.

I bought my vehicle there 7 months ago and wanted to wait a while to leave a review to make sure the car wasnt a lemon. Id been looking for an older SUV for around 2 years so that I could have more towing capacity that new vehicles just dont have. I saw a used 2005 GMC Envoy there, high mileage, for a reasonable price. I was able to easily schedule with them the same week. They allowed me to take the car for the day to drive to my auto shop and get an inspection. I was able to easily purchase the vehicle the same day. Aesthetically, the vehicle was in immaculate condition. It passed the inspection almost perfectly (needed a new thermostat and some general maintenance). After 7 months, I can say I have not had any issues. I would recommend this company to people who are sketched out about used car dealerships. They mostly deal with really high end vehicles, so I knew the people who traded in my older vehicle probably took very good care of it. I would recommend them obviously who are looking for foreign expensive cars, but also to people who are looking for a reliable older domestic vehicle.

I recently purchased a BMW from D&C the whole sales process was smooth. When the car arrived it had some small damage on the front lip. I was very nervous about buying a car sight unseen from the other side of the country (Portland OR) to (Boston MA) but they made the process easy i would not hesitate buying another car from them.

They really take care of their customers. Purchased a BMW X5 recently. I requested they clean the white leather a bit better (jean stains), check/patch a couple windshield chips, and check the brakes to make sure theyre good since the check engine light was on. They took care of EVERYTHING without hesitation. Even gave me an Audi loaner vehicle for a day or two while they took care of everything, and re-detailed the entire car. Definitely buying all cars from them going forward, stellar customer service.

I would rate this company ZERO stars if I could.It all started with an out of state purchase that we contacted them for. Avery, the sales man, was very eager and timely to provide us with pictures of the car and send us paperwork for us to wire the payment. We were guaranteed they did many of these out of state sales a month and that the process would go smoothly. The payment and paperwork went through, however, it took WEEKS and multiple phone calls and failed promises not only from Avery but the sales manager (who I spoke with on a Friday and promised to return my call on Monday with an update- which didnt happen BTW) for the car to arrive way past the date it was supposed to. Apparently, they were having problems with finding transport. They did NOT find transport for the car and one of their employers had to drive the car from Portland, OR to Spokane, WA for them to be able to fulfill their promise- at this point we just wanted the ordeal over with and told them if we did not get the car by that Friday we would be canceling the purchase. This was in April. You would think the ordeal would be over, it is NOT. We have not been able to get plates for the car because they have not managed to be able to get the title from the prior bank It has taken the title company 2 wks to send us a new temporary plate...and who knows when we will be able to get plates because this is going on. BUYERS BEWARE, IF YOURE LOOKING FOR BROKEN PROMISES, LACK OF FOLLOW THROUGH, POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE THEN THIS IS THE PLACE FOR YOU.

Okay, so Im a hardcore car guy, Im in the industry and kind of like the worst type of customer for an independent dealership, usually... D&C created a customer for life with me and I will send clients shopping for high end vehicles to them without a second thought. Ive bought over 100 cars in the last 20 years and it is seldom that I want to be friends with the dealership on a professional level and even more so the salesperson on a personal level.Kyle was awesome, we walked in 11 minutes before close on a Sunday, Ive been traveling for a month due to race season and my wife needed a new car before the next stint away and I didnt want to stress this while gone. Didnt want to eat up my short free time home shopping. This turned into a 2.5 hour deal that could have taken weeks. We got the rare Audi we wanted, a killer price, no back and forth pricing negotiations, no pressure to buy even after they stayed late for us. Zero pressure on add ons and the deal closed almost too easy.The dealership is impeccably clean, which as an engineer I appreciate more than the price. I will never buy a car from anywhere else. We had been looking for a specific Tesla Model X for a while so not only were we delighted that they had a few to choose from (among every other luxury car you can imagine) but they made the buying process SO easy. I have bought cars from multiple dealerships so while I was bracing for the stream of annoying steps in the process, they came to me and said the whole thing was done and handed me the keys. Our sales guy, Kristian, couldnt have been more professional or accommodating for us and from what I can tell, the rest of the sales staff seems pretty cool and low pressure as well. On top of all that, after I bought the car, we realized that there was an issue with the tires from its previous life so D&C actually stepped up to fix the issue and get us new tires...although they probably didnt have to. Awesome place.

We found a used BMW 3 Wagon that we liked at D&C, went to try it and wanted to buy it however the 4y warranty was expiring at the end of the month, the car had been in inventory for a few months, had not been serviced in the last 12 months and when asking D&C if the could provide me with an inspection report and serviced the car (car had many warning light on while test driving it) they told me that they would not do it before I bought the car and that I would need to schedule all of that for a later date. The car looked great but honestly at that price tag who is going to buy a car with a warranty expiring without any sort of basic infos&service that you would expect from any serious dealership. (also had to negotiate over 20 text message to get the guy to agree to provide a missing privacy cover for the cargo area that come stock and cost $500 OEM part). We end up walking away, gave honest feedbacks to D&C about our experience to help them improve their customer service as they do have nice car but never heard back from them.

We drove up this evening to buy our truck they had everything ready for us when we got there signed papers in about an hour and drove home our vehicle. We planned on stopping to get gas because it was empty when we test drove it as we drove away we realized they filled the truck for us. Just purchased our first vehicle from this dealership, the process was smooth all the way around! Lance and Guy were absolutely amazing. The process went very quickly and they were very accommodating. An alert appeared on the dash that the battery was low, they handled that no problem. Said if the vehicle ended up needing a new battery they would get it replaced for us. Fast, non-pushy service.

I just had an amazing car buying experience ! Avery was my contact and I know it was a bit frustrating because I am out of town. It was all taken care of via text and UPS and I had delays on my end but Avery handled it all with kindness, patience and a great sense of humor . We had a great experience at D&C! We dealt with Lance and he made sure we were taken care of. He had multiple cars ready for us to privately test drive and didnt push us to make a decision. We decided on the original car we had come to see and couldnt be happier! The car had no issues and even passed a specialist inspection with flying colors. Got to give a shout out to Guy in finance too who was the most laid back auto finance person Ive encountered and made the process painless. They have beautiful inventory across the spectrum of luxury cars and I think we bought the cheapest one there haha. When we are ready to upgrade it will be through D&C!

THE BEST EXPERIENCE!! I purchased a beautiful 2018 Alfa Romeo from D&C Motor Company today actually! In the middle of a global pandemic no less... What. A. DREAM! Everything was exceptional from the moment I stepped foot on the lot to look (3 days ago)... All the way to the second I drove off in my new Alfa! All I have to say is that I have dealt with THE WORST used car sales men in the past! Telling you all the BS you want to hear... NOT THESE GUYS! Wow! I am just so freaking stoked! These guys are insanely detail oriented, super helpful, and really know how to interact with people! Khias was the sales rep I worked with and he was fantastic! Super patient and understanding! Eddie was great. Patient and fun to talk to, it’s always cool as an enthusiast to buy from a fellow enthusiast, I know I didn’t buy the most expensive car there (probably got the cheapest one honestly) but I was treated like I was buying a mercedes. From Eddie to the finance guy to the sales manager who’s names I sadly forgot they were all awesome and worked hard to get me a good rate and had some fun along the way. So thank you guys a ton and I’ll be back for something nicer some day.

Had one of our best car buying experiences yesterday at D&C Motors. I always dread going to a dealership, but this was a breeze! Made an apt with Lance Soflor to view the car, showed up, car was ready for us. No pressure viewing and test drive. Loved how cheerful and friendly Lance was. He helped us with all the paperwork, getting the financing. When we were ready to leave Lance helped me sync my phone up to the car. I would not hesitate doing business with D&C again

Bought a vehicle from them in May 2021, totally regret my purchase. Their ads stickers remained in my car i had to peel off multiple of them myself. Had interaction with two salespersons, both stopped responding to my questions immediately after I made the purchase. The only personin the store that’s decent is Alex the manager, but he doesn’t respond to emails at all either. I later found out my purchase was way above the fair price, well that part is my fault cuz I didn’t do my homework. But in general this is not an honest car dealer, even for people who’re purchasing high-end cars, avoid doing business with them.
