This place is really a unique experience. If you happen to be looking for something that Brian has, you can bet it will be the most immaculate car of that type you are likely to find. Brian is a true enthusiast and not anything like a typical salesman. His cars are very desirable and sell themselves. In my case, he worked with me over multiple days and preemptively scoured my car with a fine tooth comb fixing every little thing he found, even so far as getting a new engine start button just because a couple letters were faded out. I was referred to Bridge City Motors by my son. I had Brian sell a 1999 Porsche Carrera. I later discovered that the car was a little more unique than I realized. Brian did a fantastic job throughout the sales process. He helped with getting the car ready for the auction, several last minute minor issues which he resolved them quickly, and all the paperwork. The online auction site he chose was unique. The buyers on the site are very knowledgeable and Brian was on top of all their questions and when a couple minor issues were raised he immediately arranged to have them fixed. Brian called me on the final day of the auction and we watched the final minutes of the auction. I didnt end up purchasing a car from Bridge City, but I have to say that my experience interacting with Brian via email was second to none so far in my car buyingprocess.As an out of state buyer, most dealers simply refuse to entertain any sort of business over email. Instead of trying to force me into a phone call (that I typically do not have time for during working hours), Brian went above and beyond to provide me with all of the information he had on the vehicle I was interested in. Was not thrilled with this place. Tried to schedule a time to see a specific car for 2 weeks with no success. Was told they were closed for and event, and then closed on weekends, and after that they could only accommodate an appointment at 8pm?.......I was traveling from 3 hours away with cash in hand ready to buy this car. I kept getting the run around without any genuine reason. I finally gave up, I’d rather give my $ to a dealership willing to give their customers a basic level of service.

Brians integrity showed from the start when I was interested in an older car....he checked with his mechanic and gave me a run down on the pros and cons. I was a little sad, as that had been my dream car, but appreciated the honesty in what might have been my future with such a car. So my next choice was a BMW hard top convertible. We chatted about that, he found out what I wanted, said it could take awhile, but he was on the hunt. Shortly, he came across the 2012 328i, and was really excited about it. Ended up being my dream come true! White with red leather interior and more bells and whistles than I could imagine! He personally went to pick it up, had it thoroughly check out, recommended new front tires only, and had it ready in a couple of days. Upon pick up of the car, he gave me a run down of all the features, and explained everything I needed to know, The whole process was painless, and professionally handled, Brian is easy to work with, he loves what he does and his personal touch is evident in the way he runs his business.
