I purchased a milk for $7 from EF that went bad with an expiration of 7/23/21 and it was 7/20. I went in with my receipt for the exchange without the bad milk, as was instructed from a cashier due to Covid. A girl that was acting as a manager would not replace it without having the bad milk. She wasnt nice about it either, almost as if I was trying to make something up. I make purchases there about 3-4 times a week because its close to home and a nice little non-gmo grocery store for quick in and outs. This was foolish of her to not want to make it right for the customer and for EF business practice, especially with the people behind me in line hearing how she didnt handle it.

Love this place! I love how I can buy burgers and bacon and pepperoni and foods that make me think twice but I can eat guilt free when I purchase them here! My daughter loves the kid size carts and looks forward to going here for the cart and the samples that are placed throughout the store. The bakery and deli are extensive and impressive. Good beer and wine selection. Excellent customer service, always friendly and eager to help.

Bright atmosphere with a good selection of organic, healthy, and vegetarian/vegan foods. On average, usually some of the nicest cashiers around as well. Pricing is a little high if youre hoping to make it your one stop shopping location, but if youre looking only for particular items (or money is no object), then definitely the place to go.

This is the friendliest, most informed place to get real food. The staff is a pleasure to work with and the food made in-house is delicious. The packaged food has many options, yet doesn’t contain all the gunk you don’t want. Go there. You won’t be disappointed.

Since I relocated from the DC Metro Area, Earth Fare has been the store where I get my organic produce. The staff is nice and friendly. I prefer them to the other local competition and shop there just about weekly. They have a wide selection for the size of the store, to include a bakery, animal products, a pizzeria, an buffet... In addition, our family is now dependent on the high PH water from the dispenser. Finally, it is really encouraging to be a member of their tomato bank now called the Healthy Rewards to accrue credits, and you can randomly get a $5.00 credit for providing feedback online!

Very nice, clean place to shop, just like any health food store kind of pricey but worth it. the hot food is amazing and they have wonderful veggie drinks made to order. Earth Fare is my favorite store to grocery shop when I can afford it.

This place was amazing when it first opened, with a fun staff and great food. At the time, I would have given it five stars. But since then, they seem to have clamped down on the staffs individualism and the food quality has declined as well.

Everyone there is so nice. Great customer service. And everything there is super good for you. I enjoy going on Wednesdays because its Sushi Wednesday, the fresh hand made sushi is on sale!!

Worst produce section! I have bought produce here plenty but there is always something wrong with most of it. Takes forever to find something edible. Just yesterday I bought blueberries, took me forever to find something decent. Got home and found both had mold in it. Not the first time.

My only complaint is that I eat myself into a coma every time I shop here. Selection is magnificent. Clean shop. Great staff. Good prices. Join the buyers club folks. Its worth it.

Small, but great organic / fresh food selection. Good meat specials every week. Hot bar is good too. Its expensive for a grocery store, so I end up buying a lot of my organic produce from Meijer (across the street). However, no one in town can beat their organic meat counter.

Good selection of organic foods as well as vitamins & supplements. The deli is great and the daily specials are perfect for people on the go at lunch. Their meat/seafood department has a good variety and if you catch the sales the pricing is comparative to any local supermarket. The staff has always been friendly and knowlegable, which makes selecting the best products for you easier.

They have a great selection of health foods and products, I love their meat/dairy alternatives (they have just about everything). They have a bulk section so you can stock up on pantry supplies without wasting plastic or packaging and save money. And their health and beauty section is impressive. If I could afford to do all my grocery shopping here, I would.

Finally a health food grocery store of significant size. Its only been open a few days now and is ridiculously busy. Wonderful product selection. Friendly staff. Great prepared foods. Very fair prices.

They either have good food in the hot buffet or same old food everyday especially soups! Please update and have more available. Only place you can get healthy hot and ready food.

It is a great smaller to mid size grocery store with a lot of natural, better, and premium products that are hard to find elsewhere. So expect higher pricing than a traditional grocery store. The salad and hot food bar is a nice touch. Staff members are friendly and helpful.

My favorite place for organic and tasty food! They have a great Togo area with a salad bar, olive bar, full deli, pizza cooked or take and bake, sushi, and tons of other items. Check the weekly deals for good savings.

Lots of products. Pricing is 150% to 200% of the same or similar products purchased elsewhere in town. I dont feel there is anything here that justifies the price difference, so Ill shop elsewhere. I think a great quality cheaper option is Sawall Health Foods.

Midwest can be a bit behind the times. People still focus mainly on cost but not on quality or environmental impact the $1 menu has. Luckily this place exists where I can get meat and produce that was sourced with conservation and dignity in mind. Can feed my family without worrying of them dying from pesticides.

Incredible place to get some medium priced health food. Better then TJs due to our food service in building. We have pizza juice coffee smoothies cheese full deli and meat department.

Very clean store and they have pizza they make fresh or you can get a take and bake. They have a salad bar, fresh organic vegetables and gluten free candy and also medicine and vitamins and other natural remedies.

Terrible service!!! Poor Management!!! No supervision!!! The best departments for service is the cheese station and the meat department. Every other team seems to just come and go as they please. Go to Sawall’s, Natural Health Center, People’s Food Co-op, or Trader Joe’s. Save yourself time and $!!!

Very disappointed in the service. Waited 5minutes at pizza counter one staff was making a smoothie for 2 ladies the other counter staff was in the back getting sauce to start making a custom pizza for another customer but the service person stood at the deli and just looked at me. I dont know maybe she cant serve the pizza? If you are going to have a counter where it takes 5-10 minutes to make a smoothie or fix a pizza maybe the stuff that is already prepared should be self serve. After waiting and not getting my lunch I went to the front check out and 2 lanes were lit but both check out clerks were at the register chatting quickly with each other about what things the needed to do with some other business thing while I stood there for at least another two minutes while they did not acknowledge me until I got fed up and walked out.Have been here at least a dozen times before and I feel I get better customer service at Meijer. The whole place is pretty pretentious.

I like to purchase a lot of my HBC items here. Selection is ok and they are usually fully stocked. They have been removing items that werent selling well so now I have to travel to another local health food store. If this keeps up I may have to make a complete switch so Im not wasting time going to multiple stores. My kids love the candy section and the kids carts. :)

Lots of vegan items! Even some new to me! some stuff is pricey but the wraps are a great deal! I got a vegan chicken salad wrap! And 5$ sushi Wednesday is cool too!!

Some of the people that work here have the worst attitudes. They mostly hire hipsters that wear beanies and flannels year-round and are just irritated when you ask them to make you a smoothie or order anything from the deli. The cashiers are nice, but the deli/juice/smoothie people need to work in the back...ZERO social skills. Ive waited over a year of going there at least twice a week to finally write this, but its sad when a grocery store chooses to hire so many of the same type of person. When theyre all rude and barely speak (mostly grunt and stare at you) shopping there is miserable.

I love that Earth Fare exists. I just wish they would get better produce in and/or find a way to keep it better. I cant tell you how much produce I have had to toss from this place after a day, because it just goes bad so quickly. Given the expense of their fruits and veggies, it is quite frustrating. I am starting to go to Sawalls more often because of this, but its such a shame, because otherwise Earthfare is a pretty decent natural foods store. Hope to see them make some improvements in this area.

It is a very nice place...pretty expensive and not everything in the is organic. I love their meat and dely section!!! They have a sit down area and a café look a like space. Pretty convenient. If you are shopping with a child there is a small kids cart there too.

Its not whole foods, its not trader joes. i like the idea and the food bars. Its great go to if you have food restrictions, organic, vegetarian, vegan, gluten free varieties abound but pricing isnt fantastic. For comparable grocery items across the street by same brand maker youre paying a lot to shop here. However they DO have the variety and extra items big grocery doesnt offer. As well as atmosphere a lot of ppl enjoy.

So I absolutely love Earth! my son has a dye allergy so we frequent there a lot. I have had a few issues there with some of the customers or missing product, but they are always happy to fix it and have been super great. They always seemed to be able to help me from mixing frosting color i can buy for school projects. Or having bin candy thats fun and naturally colored . They always make everything right, if anythings ever wrong. The employees are super awesome. From bakery to deli to front end. Saves me from going to the actual health food store which is way more over prices candy and gum thats dye free.

When we first went in there, we were expecting crazy prices and maybe a stuck up atmosphere, but it was definitely not like that. Yes, some things can be a bit pricy, but worth it for quality and quantity. I love their rewards program, and they have great sales! We now go here any chance we get. I love to try new things, and this is a great place to do that at! The staff are super friendly and helpful, as well. We love this place so much, I signed up for the texting, to stay up to date on all the new sales as they come out :)

Quite pricey for the same exact item you can get across the street at Meijer. Does have some unique deli features. Smoothies are overpriced and not very good. If you want boutique, organic food, this is the place.

The attendant at the hot food bar register put up the use another register sign right as I was getting ready to purchase my food. This register is hardly ever in operation anyway but this time it was a real insult. I have complained a few times before and the problem has never been solved. I wont be back!!

My 1st time going to earth fare while I was in Florida, so excited there is one in Michigan!!

Came in looking for fresher, more organic foods. Started to fill a basket with produce and realized that everything is the exact same foods as Meijer for twice the price. Put the basket down and walked out.

Great fresh meats, seafood, cheeses and produce. Can be pricey on many items but great quality and ample organic choices.

Great store for health food...deli...hot food bar...Only problem I have is the chronic understaffing. Shows itself most markedly at the Smoothie/Juice bar, where things can get really slow if only one person is working.

If Earthfare is supposed to be a health food store, then why do they still sell/serve unhealthy food options such as soy, dairy, and eggs? Veggiterians and “vegans” might like this store, but it’s not the place for a organic plant-based diet.
