Worst experience ever!! My cut and color are horrible. She didnt bleach up to my roots. When I asked her to go back she did two new strips and didnt get the root on that either. Then she made me get on my hands and knees to rinse the two strands. Then didnt tone the two strands like she did the rest of the head. My hair is choppy and uneven. 10/10 would not recommend going here!

I love my stylist and the service I get when I go there. I recently did some highlights and it was perfectly done, because I wanted a natural look. I dont have to book months in advance my booked time is respected and I receive exclusive attention. Recently they added wifi to the location what makes my time in the chair be much more enjoyable. Thanks for the great service.

Satisfied with yet another visit! I love my hairdresser Andrea, if she wasn’t at JCPenney salon I wouldn’t go there I would go wherever she went! They are always clean and I always leave feeling refreshed she takes wonderful care of my hair and gives me great advice on how I take care of my hair in between visits! Super professional and very skilled.

Brought my son in for a simple haircut told her exactly what to use and showed her pictures and she still couldnt get it rite. He was getting a high and tight or a high fade however you want to call it. Needless to say I will have to take my son to another barber to have it fixed. They cant cut hair for anything

I would not recommend this place to anyone for any service. I took my son to get his haircut here not only did she mess it up beyond recognition she used a cape that looked very dirty and she was shaking the whole time while cutting his hair. She didn’t even ask if everything looked good. I pointed out the hair she left at the back of his neck and she said she couldn’t get it because it was tricky. I will never return here again. His haircut looked like a zig zag staircase all over the top, took him in to another salon to fix it.

Had my hair done by Saneida today at the salon. Simply amazing!! This stylist has a vision for everyones hair and it always comes out right. She looks at your hair, sees whats wrong or how it needs to be shaped, shows you why and how shes going to do it...and she does it!! Nothing short of amazing. Highly recommend Saneida!!!

My sister got her hair dyed here. They did a horrible job, and then refused to fix it without charging the same price again. We ended up going to the hair school to fix it and THEY did a better job. It’s rediculous that we paid $200 for hair at JCP and $40 at the hair school and the hair school did better. Do not get your hair dyed here!

I liked a stylist who cut my hair and told her I would be back for highlights. I called to get her schedule and waited a couple days so that I could I have her as my stylist. They tell me to come in at four so I did and another girl said Im doing your highlights and I said no I asked for a different stylist she said oh I thought you were a request. Well shes busy come back in 15 minutes .I came back in 15 minutes stood there and waited 10 minutes while the stylist I turn down stood in the back and talked and could see me no one acknowledge me no one came out and said she was still busy no one addressed me standing there at all so I waited 10 minutes and just decided apparently they dont want my business. I feel bad for the stylist, whom I liked, but trying to get an appointment or have someone acknowledge your standing there with no place to sit it doesnt seem like a possibility. I know they saw me standing there but no one acknowledged me waiting for an appointment.

Excellent care and service, Cierra is a beautiful and wonderful hair stylist she gave me a lovely haircut and beautiful platinum color .I havent had this kind of service in 15 years. I would highly recommend . excellent Salon and staff thank you so much.

I was originally told getting my hair washed and cut would be $22 so I made an appt for later that day when there was an opening. I came back and was with a different stylist. I felt she was rushing the entire time because it was back to school and they were busy. She asked if I have children and I said yes my daughter passed away in April. She was insensitive with her response (which I know many people wouldn’t know how to respond to that). She seemed distracted. She Didn’t wash my hair or style it and it cost $35 because she is a “master”. This is my first and last time giving this salon a try.

Made an appt. online in the morning for the evening and when I arrived, I was told they were too busy to see me and I could come back another day. It is my understanding that scheduled appts. trump walk-ins and someone should have been available to keep my appt. I was also told that they were running very behind and I asked why no one called me to let me know. I specifically left the house just to go to the salon. It was a complete waste of my time and very frustrating.
