I absolutely love this store and dont know how I would get by without it being around! this is my favorite store and always will be and has been since the first time I visited here! Ive never had a bad experience and i am always treated with a lot of respect and kindness, I highly definitely recommend anybody who needs to smell good or just needs to moisturize or whatever the case may be to go to the store immediately.

Had staff, usually get greeted, instead I had to walk up to someone to ask a question. Starting to make a customer feel not wanted there.

Friendly and helpful staff! If your favorite product has been discontinued they always have a staff member that is knowledgeable on similar fragrances to the one that was discontinued. They always seem to have a deal going on...which is bad for my bank account 😁.

Sometimes this store does not have enough employees which means long waits. The foam soaps are awesome.

Love Bath and Body works...the specials are always on...and the staff is super helpful.I was bummed to receive the gift of a holder for hand soap pumps,and it rusted at bottom,rather quickly.

The young lady I was with had a gift card and wanted to go spend it. I am unable to use any of their products as I break out in a horrible rash. However, the staff was nice, the staff cared about social distances and how many people they let in the store at one time.

Said my shipping would only be $5 and that it’d come in extra packages at no extra cost. BUT truly they ended up charging me the $5 for shipping on top of that an extra $11 for shipping “due to the packages all arriving separately” even tho on my receipt 🧾 it said that it’d ship out all my products separately at no extra cost for me! LOL THEY LIED!! done shopping here that’s all I have to say & ive shopped here since I was 12!

I really like this place but the one thing I loved is Dark Kiss it retired all the fragrance I dont care for..

Gentlemen, this is a great place to find a naturally essential oil. They also have naturally oil scents in body lotion! I recommend the Eucalyptus + Spearmint😉

The Christmas sales this year were terrible, I was not impressed. Also they were not social distancing properly. Too many people in such a small store.

Very well run store. They offer sanitizer when you walk in, limit the # of people.

Loved the new scents: sweater weather and frosted biscotti! Disappointing, though, finding out there are limitations on customer coupons. $7.50 reward did not apply to handsoap, sadly.

Love going for the 3 wick candles and body lotion when they are on sale. They gave some pretty awesome sales throughout the year. So many scents to choose from. Really great products for decent prices. The candles are great, even burning and you can actually smell them in a room. Cheaper and better than Yankee candles in my opinion. And the body lotion actually does make my skin soft and smooth, so it does more than just smell nice. I enjoy their other products such as body sprays and hand soaps as well. The store can get pretty busy and crowded at times, especially during a good sale, but that just shows that many people love what they have to offer. And its a great spot to pick up gifts for the women in your life.

This place is phenomenal! Love, love, love the constant new scents and branching out into different products. Their products make great gifts for every occasion! Customer service has been great every time Ive gone also - they always tell you what deals are going on (highly recommend watching for their amazing sales) and they are quick to offer you assistance or a bag to hold all of your goodies!

I sometimes stop there! and suprisingly one of the co- workers knows my name! I have a suggestion for a new shower gel. The name should be Balsam: Mens Collection since you so far have Atlantic.

Went here just to see what was new. Also had a question about getting a replacement for a bottle of body spray that got really alcohol smelling. They had no problem exchanging it even though it was pretty old. Always have had a great experience with them.

Love this store! But i love the online specials (great prices and no people). I remember 10-15 years ago when they used to put the sugar scrub by their sinks for sample. Something you had to do when you walked by that store in the mall even though you didnt buy anything ;)

Store is clean and associates are usually friendly. They always offer me a bag which is nice but I always spend too much! Well done girls!

Change in policy? What good are the coupons if you cant use them I have used multiple coupons in the past. Mailers and email coupons cant be combined???? No longer allowed! You have lost a customer.
