Consistently great service. Have worked with Jared many times and he is always knowledgeable, professional, helpful and (especially) patient as we sort through all the different options for the five lines on our plan. Cant recommend enough.

About a month ago (forgot to post this review!) I went to the Verizon store in Manhasset because I wanted an iPhone 12 Pro in white, I was told that they didn’t have time for me and it wasn’t going to happen. They were so rude! I called the this wonderful Verizon store on my way back to Port (which was closing in an hour) and spoke with Sam. I told him what I wanted, they had it in stock, and within the 5 minute phone call he got started on setting up my upgrade and told me it would be less of a wait when I get there because he had my account information and was working on it while I drove there. So I got to the store and everything was all set! All that was left to do was transfer my information to my new iPhone (which I absolutely love!) and pay. Sam was fast, kind, extremely helpful and informative. I’ve never met someone in sales that always has a smile on their face and made everything work out perfectly. I was in and out of the store with in 20 minutes, which never has happened when I have upgraded in the past. Thank you so much Sam for all your help. Seriously SAM is the MAN to go to when you need to upgrade your phone or any other phone needs.

Great experience at this store, Michael could not have been nicer or more accommodating when I bought a new phone. They took what is normally a painful process and made it really easy. I highly recommend them.

Upgraded 2 cell phones and dealt with Jared. Super nice guy who was able to smoothly and seamlessly handle our upgrades. Jared made a complex transaction into an easy one for us. If you need a mobile phone or tablet, Verizon Port Washington is the go-to place!

I went in today to activate two lines and Jared A. was excellent! Its obvious he really cares about helping out the customers, he helped me set up the two iPhone SEs I purchased with the new lines.He explained all the pricing for my updated plan and was just generally really nice and helpful. Im glad I went to this Verizon store!

What a great experience! The thought of changing carriers and getting a new phone was quite daunting but Jared made it so easy, he was patient and wonderful, the hour I spent there was very pleasant! If you want a Verizon store this is the one go to.

They are ok, overall service is not bad but not great either, I guess Covid impacted their schedule. I ended up calling the call center to setup a new account which was easier.

The nicest and most accommodating people work here. Always go above and beyond! Jared always so helpful and friendly. I won’t go to any other Verizon store.

This place is amazing. Went there to get a new phone and the costumer service was amazing. They explained everything to me, were truly honest and were actually interested in helping me. They answered all my questions and were very patient with me and the other costumers. Asim was amazing, so nice and very helpful. Love this Verizon store. They make things so easy and painless! Definitely recommend this place.

Horrible! They hide and fail o mention important phone features that are NOT included. They tell you a tablet is free but hide the fact you have line fees. Sneaky horrible service.

Amazing staff! Everyone is friendly and super helpful. Hubby and I visited the store and we received the best customer service from Jared, Sam and Asim. Jared’s been helping Hubby with his iPhone couple times before, but I’m new here. Went in with Hubby to get my iPhone fixed and switched with Hubby and he did a great job turning my iPhone into my dream iPhone and problem-free. While waiting to get it fixed, they made us feel comfortable in the store. There’re 2 TVs and you can pick either to watch the one in the back behind the staff’s desks or sit comfortably on a nice couch up front. Oh believe me when I say this store rock! From the floor to the ceiling, the store front and the display walls, everything looks amazing, fantastic, organized and super clean. The restroom too of course. How did this happen that Verizon store is turning into an interior design company at its finest! Great job guys! 👍

I dropped my I-phone and brought it for repairs to this store where I bought it. I brought it in on Sunday and received it back on Tuesday 7:30 pm.PROBLEM: they managed to lose all my email. When questioned about itthey got nasty and I was told they had nothing to do with it thats how it works was the explanation. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!!!!

I make it a point to drive 45 minutes just to come to this verizon! Theyre super friendly and patient and always help me out when i want to transfer all my info from one phone to the new phone!

AVOID AT PORT WIRELESS ALL COSTS!PORT WIRELESS is the most dishonest authorized Verizon Wireless Store.I was served by the following individuals:HASAM SIDDIQUEKAMRAN QURESHICAMERONJOHN ABRAMOFF (Store Manager)They wanted to keep me as a customer as I was already a Verizon Wireless Subscriber. So they promised me the same deal Apple was offering for an Unlocked Phone with Apple Care. Their exact words were Dont go to Apple, buy it here. We will give you the same deal PLUS we will reduce your monthly payment by $15 AND you can get a $400 rebate for your existing phone. When the phone arrived and I went to pick it up, they changed their tune to say Sorry, we made a mistake, we cant reduce your monthly plan by $15. After threatening to walk away and cancel the order, they offered to reduce it $10 and a free case, apologizing for the other sales persons mistake. I agreed.After 2 weeks, I got a confirmation letter from Verizon about my upgrade, which excluded Apple Care. Upon querying it, I was told that I had to pay for it extra and I had to go into the store to resolve it.I went into the store and spoke to JOHN ABRAMOFF. After questioning and trying to avoid it, he eventually promised that he would take care of it but he asked me to give it a few days.After waiting for a week, I called to verify Apple Care was added to my account. I was told again that it was not possible. When the Verizon Rep conferenced the store in, the sales rep CAMERON was not even listening to the call. When he finally did, he simply said he didnt care if I returned the phone and he accused me of not understanding numbers, practically calling me stupid. He finally hung up and terminated his end of the call.Verizon rep tried her best but Verizon was not prepared to help either.PORT WIRELESS is a dishonest store, they lie and cheat customers. VERIZONWIRELESS doesnt care about subscribers either.AVOID PORT WIRELESS AT ALL COSTS.
