Bayron Melo has been terrific. He is very knowledgeable, professional and extremely patient with old luddites like me who cant figure anything out. Made switching to a new phone a pleasant experience. Highly recommend.

The woman who works here has the WORST customer service. Please do not come here if you want to be helped. Telling me to call customer service because she didn’t feel like helping me. Switched over to AT&T because she didn’t want to help me get a new phone

Decent service and I purchased a new phone but to my shock, they told me that their store doesnt accept old phones for recycling. Surely T-Mobile can do better than that.
