Very fast service. I needed a new battery. From the time I pulled in to the time I left was 25 min total. TOP NOTCH service also.

Im torn on this review. Had an employee open up 30 minutes early for me one day. Thats awesome. Unfortunately never got any word on my order that I was told I would be getting now two weeks later nothing.

We needed a battery for our truck which was a few miles away dead. These 2 men who helped us, Wes and Dewayne were the most helpful, informative, kind examples of customer service I have seen in 20 years, not exaggerating, I was truly taken aback by both of them. I will not only post here but will also have my 16 year old son write to the corporate office so their district manager will get this as well.Thank you for taking the time, going the extra mile to help us. I would drive here again from Mequon, just to get service from these gentlemen.

Always helpful service, very knowledgeable people. You can get loaner tools from them for almost any job youre working on. they will test your vehicle to find out what may or may not be wrong with your vehicle so it will save you money at the mechanic. Always have parts in stock.

I took my vehicle here to get some body work done. A tree had fallen on my car and had busted the windshield, broke off a mirror, and dented and damaged the body. Max, was incredibly helpful in getting my vehicle looking brand new for a very reasonable price! There are cars to rent for a good price too if your car will be in the shop longer than you can spare it. I also had a check engine light on and helped explain and resolve the problem. I highly recommend getting work done here! Everyone was so helpful and educative.
