Im the cool man like everythings cool I know we got two of them over here in the town and stuff but man theyre always short changing me on the fries

I wish I could give a lower rating. I went around 9:00 p.m. and waited at the speaker for at least 5 minutes. No one answered despite being able to see people standing inside. Another vehicle pulled up behind me so I went ahead and pulled up to the window itself to get someones attention.Finally, a guy opens the window but instead of greeting me says, We dont have any ice cream. I mean we have food only right now.I went ahead and went to the Austin Street location and the ladies there were extremely helpful. Much better location despite it being the same owners.

Cook or whoever puts the food together needs to go...half hour waits on food and absolutely horrible food quality.. Ive driven off twice without my food or money because they forgot to make my order...I was mad and just left... Its actually zero stars from me but I couldnt leave a comment if I didnt put at least one star...To bad I cant post a picture of my tacos...the place is a joke...last and final trip to this DQ...and the q does not stand for quality

I ordered a hungerbuster with cheese and toasted buns on both sides and fresh 🍟and this is what i got. A burnt buger w/no cheese..i will not order like that again..I also ordered tacos and got burnt taco shells and fries..but i called and spoke with the manager and she remade it for me to my order.

The employees wouldnt take order thru drive thru, after going in we were unwanted as clear as to the lack of respect the employees showed

Try to call in order for an hour no one would answer the phone it was busy everytime.I went there to order at the window and ask if they ever answered their phone they said no they were to busy with the drive thru orders.I will not go back .This place needs new management.

The worse service ever. I paid for food and never receive it. I hope the enjoyed the donation. Ill NEVER to back to DQ on Virginia St in Port Lavaca.

Got the chicken basket the gravy was runny and tasteless the fries where cold and soggy and we where missing one of the guys fries completely.

Terrible service, got a burger with cheese they forgot to add the cheese. Asked to just add the cheese and give it back the lady put the whole burger in the microwave, I told her never mind I didnt want it cause I didnt want hot veggies. Asked for a refund and two people at the register like lil kids fighting over who does it cause they didnt know how to give a refund smh. I just told them never mind keep the money Ill call the owner or who ever runs that store this is not the first time this has happened but the last time. Im from Austin and never have I experienced this, what sad is that they did nothing to try and fix the situation they just said ok and went on... I stayed in the store about 20 mins longer so my family can finish their meals. Ridiculous!!!!

Sweet tea had no sweet burger was cold fries was cold and it took 20 minutes to get, 0 stars. But i cant post unless i give them 1

This place is disgustingly dirty. The bathroom, the tables, the table top numbers were filthy. And it took a long time to get our food. Staff were nice though.

All I had was an oreo blizzard. It was good, but you need to have a sweet tooth to justify a medium size.

Takes too long to get you food at this location. Waited about 15 minutes after i ordered my food, and watched other people that ordered after me get their food, before i went inside to check on my order. The lady in the front said that they were still cooking my food and they would bring it when it was ready. Claimed that there were a lot of orders in front of my order. Took another 5 minutes before i saw my food. Would not think that it would take too long to make a griled chicken salad and a kids chicken strip meal.

Very Polite, our food came pretty quickly and there werent any issues with or order. This Is probably the only fast food place that is generous with the napkins and ketchup 👍🏽👍🏽

Hostess was very helpful. No one there but us on a Saturday night.... usually busy. Gkids loved the ice cream cones.

Dirty. Horrible service. Grease was very old. Unprofessional employees. Rude. Profanity. Even the manager was very unprofessional. Employees had to be in their 40s or older. Will never go back.

When going through drive thru you expect to get your meal through drive, but instead I was told to circle around and wait at the entrance where they would take my meal. It took more than 10 minutes when I decided to get off my vehicle to get my order myself, and saw that they were taking a meal to the person who had ordered after me.

This dq took forever to give us our food. Then when they did, they forgot our two icecream cones. We were so excited to finally get our food, we drove off without our ice cream and didnt realize it until after we got back to the hotel. Also, when they started taking our order, they stopped listening half way through and asked me to say it again after about 5 minutes of no speaking. Then they couldnt understand the word juice so they finally had us pull up.

The store manager forgot my chicken tenders she charged me then gave me my drink and said pull around so I waited and waited 15 min later I said I better go check whats going on.!! Sure enough they hadnt made them yet...

Got the worst banana split ever today. Was just thrown together. Looked horrible, nothing like a banana split should look like. Was very disappointed. Probably wont be going back to this location for awhile.

Mrs lupi downgrades her employees infront of customers..she swares at them and gets in there face ..i feel sorry for the employees..The employees work in a hostile environment when she is there and when shes not there the establishment runs smoothly and is kept well maintained...

Nachos were s disappointment. The presentation was a little sloppy and small portion. Im rarely disappointed in their food. This was a first. Normally Id give 5 stars.

Food is good but not the cleanest place

Cooks obviously cant read an order. Went there 2 days in a row and they got my order wrong both times. Went back to work hungry. I wouldnt recommend this place.

I cant believe this place is open with the management at hand. Every time I go in there, they are short handed. Hmm hire more people? Fire the ones that arent coming in? I mean seriously, one night i saw the cook leave an hour before closing and they have these poor girls doing his job? I have yet to even see the manager up there! Do they even have one? Ive been coming here for years but the way things are going, I have no problem going to the other dq IN TOWN. So for some advice to the owners. Get a manager.

The kitty kinds went up in price they used to be $0.99 now theyre a dollar 89 one time you got three inches of ice cream one time you get one inch of ice cream. I think a dollar 89 is too much for a kitty cone for 1 inch of ice cream didnt you?
