Ice cream was very good service was very fast enjoyable experience will be going back

Tacos abd taconsskad were great! Quick and friendly service. The window woman was kind. Clean and very efficient. She had it all down and I got my food while waiting at window. Didn’t have to drive around and wait! I was very pleased!.

Helen is one of the meanest employees I’ve ever encountered at a Dairy Queen. She screeched at me to put a mask on when I was covering my face with a shirt to take three steps to sit at a table where masks are not required. I was not ordering either. She disrespected ever centimeter of me. She also gave me the nastiest look I’ve ever been given in my lifetime. She deserves not even one second of my life. I wasted my time even interacting with her once. Her screech reminds me of a hyena. I’ve never been more disgusted with a human in my being. Actually I wouldn’t even call her a human more like a extraterrestrial. With all this being said I hope I never see Helen again. Thank you for your time

Judy is one of the absolute nastiest individuals Ive ever had the displeasure of encountering. As I was putting my mask on and walking through the door she in the nastiest manner ever starting yelling at the top of her lungs with her mask around her neck not covering face that I needed to have a mask on to enter. Not only was she not wearing a mask at all at this point, the workers in back had no mask. When she couldnt find anyone to take our order she reluctantly took to the register letting out her displeasure saying Jesus christ as she did. To top it all off as she was saying she was going to refuse us service, SHE DIDNT HAVE A MASK ON AT ALL!!!!!! When confronted she said she was on her break!!! Avoid Judy at all cost

They are always fast, friendly and have great, fresh food. (as opposed to the other DQ on Virginia). I always drive across town to go to this one. We love them!

My experience well I placed an order for two chicken tender meals and three blizzards. Paid then I was given my blizzards and told the meals would be right out and asked to please pull around. No problem. Well after already waiting fifteen minutes to pay it should only be another five minutes to finish frying chicken if chicken was dropped even five minutes after order. Well boy was I wrong. I was finally delivered my food after twenty five more minutes of waiting and only after I had to remind the employees I was waiting. So by then my blizzards were completely melted. On top of all of this the employees delivered food like there was no issue at all. No apology. Nothing. Thats fine its a small town and I will do what I can to make sure nobody I know ever goes there again. I know that Im not the first this has happened to so the only way to deal with this is stop giving them business so the owner can finally realize there is a problem and since they didnt care about their customers their business has failed. So please do not ever go to this location. This is not how business should be ran and they do not deserve your hard earned money. And if you do go there enjoy growing old to eat Fast Food

Tacos were good and so was the ice cream. Busy night 2 people there.1 to take orders 1 to fill. Said they were short handed. Wonder if management knows 2 kids were left alone

Place is definitely under staffed so it took almost an hour to receive my order. One of the meals I ordered was wrong but they corrected it as quickly as possible.

Went to Dairy Queen on May 23rd, 2019. First of all i ordered a chicken strip basket with an extra gravy. They forgot my gravy thankfully i checked before i left. Go the gravy and it was literally almost thrown at me and almost spilt all over my car. Second of all i ordered a Taco SALAD. Got home to realize that there was NO SALAD on the Taco Salad. HOW TF DO YOU FORGET THE SALAD ON A TACO SALAD?!?!?! This DQ has become increasingly horrible over the years and is a main reason i go out of my way to the Virgina St. Dairy Queen. Horrible service and horrible staff and management at Austin St. DQ

Typical Dairty Queen. Had a new flavored Blizzard - turtle chocolate. This is a special spring flavor and was good and an intense flavor.

Good burgers, but floors and tables were dirty & crew didnt seem to care. No ice for pop in the dispenser - asked for ice twice & never got it. Ive done a lot of secret shopper inspections for fast food restaurants. This is by far the worst IveSeen!

Not quite the main local spot like the DQ in Tivoli, between Port La Vaca and Corpus, but a nice bargain. Some of my widow friends favorite spot for a spontaneous cheap treat.

Dining room was filthy. No clean tables and food on the floors. Employees walking around not cleaning anything. Only 4 cars in the parking lot at noon.

ONE POST ON FACEBOOK- 4/20/16The bad dariy Queen on austin just came in theres one cashier and one cook and a young lady that i assume works here chatting with a male assuming boyfriend the poor cashier is haveing a hard time working the order screen taking window odars and I see theres 2 cars waiting out side I see theres an ordar waiting under the light might be the lady out side cashier asks the.teen sitting down to plz take the food to the lady as shes taking it the lady comes in and snatches it out her hand yelling at both girls which i totally understand she screamed she needs to get off her ass shes been waiting 15 min and her kidd food was now cold cashier tells the teen about 2 times she needs her help Idk if it was her break or what felt bad for the cashier..
