Time taken was beyond excessive. Was told it would be done within 2 days so i could go to work. Wasnt done at that time but ended up with extra time off. I let them keep it. After a full week the work was still not completed.Also had an issue with squeaking suspension that was marked as fixed. It is still there. Dont think ill take it back

Took our car in for its first scheduled maintenance. They were great in all aspects of the experience. From scheduling the appointment to keeping us informed of the progress. Can not say enough nice things about the experienced crew at Port Lavaca Chevrolet.

I was out of town traveling and my transmission went out on my Suburban. Even though it was a holiday weekend they did an excellent job of getting my vehicle fixed. Everyone was kind and friendly making sure all my needs were met.

We Showed Up To Our 10am Appointment Around 9:50am On May 4, 2021 And My Chevrolet Trax Was Taken Into The Service Department Right Away. It Was Time For The Oil Change And To Have The Tires Rotated. Our Technician That Took Care Of Us, Was Amazing. My Chevrolet Trax Was In And Out In Less Than An Hour. Port Lavaca Chevrolet Technicians Are On Point. This Was The First Oil Change For My Car And It Definitely Wont Be The Last. Everyone Was So Nice And Friendly, That Is Why I Purchased My Chevrolet Trax From Port Lavaca Chevrolet Back In November 2020. Thank You So Much Port Lavaca Chevrolet For Being An Amazing Dealership!!! You Rock!!!!!

Took over six weeks to get the two parts. Went to pick up Tahoe and only one one of the two parts was replaced. Had to wait again while they replaced the second. Poor service and quality control.

I also get my car inspected there . I have used then for seven years and will continue to do so! They are fast friendly and efficient. Willing to pick me up and take me home if needed. Not a better place in town for car servicing

I have always been treated right here. Their professionals at what they do. You are a priority when you come to see them. I travel 60 miles just because of that expireince. The only thing I would suggest is they all wear masks thats not a negative. Thanks

Service was fast but you charged me for up to 8 qts of oil when my truck take 6 qts. The service man told me my truck takes up to 8 qts. The last change you charged me for 6 qts. Guess Ill find a new place for oil charge. I did not give 5 stars the system did I will give you no stars and you answer back stinks, win my business back HOW!!!. I had problem with you new car staff and now service, see if I come back

We dropped off our Chevy Captiva on 7/20 at the service center (after having called a few days prior to schedule an appointment). It had 5 issues that needed repaired. We knew the cause of 4 of the issues and just needed the service center to figure out the 5th issue which is why the message that the engine is overheating keeps coming up. I called 7/23, spoke to Daniel, was told they were looking at it and he would call back by the next day. He did not. I called again 7/27, spoke to Daniel, was told he couldnt figure out who had the ticket/keys and was running all over looking for it. He offered a free oil change for the trouble and said he would call back when they figured out the vehicle issues. He did not. I called back 7/29 but the phone lines were down so I contacted the dealership through Facebook Messenger. They said they let their team know about the situation and apologized for the inconvenience. Daniel called me back later that day and gave me their estimate. I agreed and he said it would be ready on 7/31. He called again on 7/31 and said some part on the key was broken and they would fix it for free but itd take until 8/3 to get the part. He called again on 8/4 and said the part came in and we could come pick up the car. We picked up the car that afternoon. The door handles that had been replaced had a white edge sticking out at the top of them but we didnt want to risk not having our car another 2 weeks just to get that detail fixed. When we got home (we live an hour away) we realized they hadnt returned our key fob or the other 2 keys (house key and po box key) that were on the keys we gave them. I called Daniel and he said he would replace the key fob and would talk to his manager about getting us a free oil change. He called again 8/5 to say the key fob came in and we took the car on 8/6 to get the key fob and have it programmed. Daniel apologized to my husband for the issues and gave us 2 vouchers for free oil changes. Each time my husband went inside the service center workers and customers were not wearing masks or social distancing despite signs on the doors saying it was required for all. Both service center employees and sales employees were using extensive foul language within full hearing distance of customers. I would not recommend this company for repair work to anyone.
