I would not recommend this facility. I purchased a lifetime alignment and tires, at another Firestone. Wanted to get truck re-aligned. I called Port Lavaca Firestone, greeted rudely by elderly gentleman and told I would probably need frontend work. It should be noted, truck was not on site. After several attempts at scheduling an appointment for an alignment, while ignoring his rudeness. I finally, just gave up and scheduled an appointment with a Firestone in Victoria.I should have read some of the reviews prior. It seems, the gentleman has the reputation. Anyhow, I wish the owner luck with his business. As for me, I’ll be going to Victoria Firestone.

What great experience, considering i was preparing for the worst. Car began to make a horrific noise coming through Point Comfort. I pulled over and goggled for help.The man answering the phone said come on, well be here. I was in and out in less than an hour, just a rock in my wheel area So i decided to get tires rotated and oil change while it was on the rack. Absolutely great customer service.

Would not go back to get anything done ever again. Was told a few different things were wrong with the car come to find out from Discount Tire none of them were true. Was also insulted by the owner. The whole experience was just bad. If you care a great deal about your car I would not go here Ever!

Took truck in charged for diagnostic but told wouldn’t do needed repairs. Technician left window down and truck was rained in and was told they couldn’t do anything but vacuum the seat. Don’t recommend this company to perform any work and my company will take all of our work elsewhere!
