Best Place to get furniture 10/10 Recommend, Bought a couch and it was super frickening comfortable and once I lied down I slept like a baby, Good tables too! Had a friend buy a table and it was great nice color and smooth texture! Thank you to mike who wqas very helpful!

Most horrible store I ever purchased anything from I recently got a fireplace and from the moment they walked out of my house I text the guy saying there was something broken inside the fireplace and I needed to return it not even five minutes from them leaving my house... I have attempted to go to the store and they have constantly tell me that it’s out of stock and they were going to reach out I’m still stuck with a broken fireplace three months later that is too heavy for me to deliver back to their store.. I am going to file a motion to take them to small claims court worst furniture store I ever been to I do not recommend anyone to purchase anything from this place they are scammers and they do not care about the customer

This store does not work you buy things they give you damaged they say that they will come to fix you and they never arrive you call them after a month to ask what happened and they respond more rudeNo good

They charged me over $300 for small mattress, whic supposed to be an orthopedic mattress but they gave me the wrong one. Service is horrible, never go back to buy there again.

Crazy I bought a bedroom set I had to wait almost 2 weeks for delivery mind you i only got the bed with the night stand and dresser but not my dresser with the mirror smh now I gotta wait another 5 to 7 business day for it .not happy at all with this place.

Horrible service, unreliable, and unprofessional! Ordered a dinning set expecting a delivery today after 2pm... went home, & waited several hours just for them to tell me that they canceled my order for the following next day. They claim to have called me to set up a delivery but I didnt answer. Obviously if someone doesnt answer they damn phone... LEAVE A VOICE MAIL! My LAST TIME doing business with them! I would not recommend them. Plus the hours on weekend say open at 11am... no one opens the store on time, they dont show up until after 12.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS! BAIT AND SWITCH OPERATION. Very unprofessional and shady establishment!!I ordered a 12-inch box spring from their New Rochelle locarion.Today, they delivered an 8-inch box spring (I measured this myself.) When I called the manager named Mo, he told me to just leave it in my house and they would pick it up tomorrow. I wasnt born yesterday.... I made sure to write on the receipt that I received the wrong matteress and did NOT accept it. I then called HIS manager named Alex at their alleged headquarters in NJ. He then told me they dont make 12-inch box springs (Which they 1. Conveniently didnt tell me when I ordered this but gladly took my money anyway; and 2. Refused to negotiate the price, after messing up on their part. When I informed Alex I was not taking this box spring (since I didnt order an 8-inch and PAID for a 12 inch) he became very nasty and rude. Long story short: As of right now, 3/16/18 at 8:28PM, there is an abandoned 8-inch box spring in the hallway of my apartment complex bc their delivery men did NOT take it back. I am not paying for this.An unnecessary headache that could have been avoided IF this was a legit and honest company!Needless to say: I am contacting my lawyer, consumer affairs and the attorney general about this. They really should be audited by the IRS....
