Took an HOUR AND A HALF to do an oil change! I got there 15 minutes early for a 9:30 appointment on a Saturday and was greeted with irritation when I asked what was going on with my vehicle an HOUR in. The person who made my appointment over the phone was flat out hostile and didn’t even take my name, just the model of the car, and hung up on me as I was saying “thank you.” When the old management was here, I spoke to the nicest men and women at the service desk—new management is flat out terrible. Everything I have experienced is unacceptable.The kicker? No apology. Take your business elsewhere!

Had a 10:30am appointment for an oil change and tire rotation this morning. arrived at 10:29 and was told it would be 2 hours to get it completed. Now I understand they just took over here recently and lost some people but dont schedule the appointments if you cant do them in a timely manner. I use my vehicle for work and can not tie it up for 2 hours for work that used to take 30 minutes tops with the old ownership.I may give them a chance again in the future but for now will go elsewhere for my service. If things remain the same I will also not purcahse/ lease anymore vehicles here after getting my last 3 there over the last 15 years! Wonder if anyone one knows where Don, John and Thalita went. They were the only reason I leased my most recent Nissan after having two tranmissions die and getting nothing from Nissan USA! Should also note that I entered my information twice in the last 2 weeks on thier website to get a call back about service and heard nothing. Finally went there in person and made this appointment over a week ago.

Ever since new ownership, just been going downhill. it’s like talking to a brick wall with their new service advisors. before an oil change would be upmost 30 minute wait time. Now it’s 2+ hours. Bring back THALITA, JOHN, AND DON THE ORIGINALS. they kept nissan service amazing and professional. Don’t recommend coming here anymore it’s just not worth the hassle and frustration.

Service fee went up 60% comparing to 6 months ago. Not going to this service location anymore.

Just had another fantastic experience getting my oil change service. The gentleman at the front desk are so welcoming, funny and professional. Rarely experience such wonderful customer service anywhere these days!

Visited their service department for the first time! The staff was kind and very helpful! Their service tech was very kind and even made my wife and I feel comfortable! Kept me informed and seemed very knowledgeable! Like others said, even told me to get tires from other retail area as this would save us!Thank you for the pleasant experience!

Since 2012, I have visited 3 different Nissan service centers. Nissan City Port Chester is by far, the best. Don & staff are friendly, thorough and professional. The prices here are always reasonable, and I am never charged for or asked to have unnecessary work done on my vehicle. I had an oil change, tire rotation, new wipers, multi point inspection, and rotors cleaned all in an hour. While I waited I comfortably watched TV and enjoyed a good cup of coffee. I genuinely trust having my car serviced here and have recommended it to friends/family.

I cannot say enough about the service dept. They are the reason I bought another Nissan. After having major issues with my Juke I was truly thinking of looking at other dealerships closer to home especially since I live in Connecticut. The reason I continue with Nissan city in port Chester is because of their service team.

What a difference...used to go to Central Nissan and will never go back. When it comes to service these guys are on it while Central is still living in the 80s.

Been taking my cars there for 15 years, great, courteous and knowledgeable staff, wouldnt go anywhere else.

These guys are very honest. Case in point: Quoted me a price on new tires, then told me to shop around because Id be able to find a better price elsewhere.

This is the best service department ive been too. The staff is extremely competent, profectional, honest, and ofriendly. I give them 5 stars on all points.
