Jennifer the BBB Manager and Jaz were quick to solve an online/in-store communication issue. Jennifer went above and beyond to listen to my concerns and quickly solve the problem. BBB has always been a great store and excellent staff is what its all about!

Good selection at reasonable prices. Plus they offer discounts and coupons.

Stock in bathroom shower curtains very low. Had hard time finding towel bars.

It truly is a place that offers items for bed, bath and beyond. One of my favorite places to get last minute gifts. Everyone and anyone needs something in this store. Friendly staff, clean and organized.

Store was well stocked. Sales people were not very helpful. I was told to go online to look for an item that was not in the store. No offer to look for the item for me. Cashier was not very friendly.

I am not writing about the specific store. The Bed bath & beyond website is a nightmare and customer service non existent. I ordered a gift and it showed delivered. But it never arrived .Fed ex was no help and I reached out to BBB and got no help whatsoever . No wonder everyone orders from Amazon

Excellent Customer experience. I was helped by Janira and a co worker whose name I didnt catch. Customer service met and exceeded expectations. Will be returning to this location to spend more $. Love great customer service!!! I came in looking for all clad cookware, was given advice and educated on the product, bought recommended cleaning products as well. Janira was A++

Well, could not find the memory foam slippers I wanted, just when I thought x-large was all gone, a kindhearted clerk got on a ladder, and found the last pair. She had a smile, that lit up the room. Thats good customer service, she asked me, if I needed some help. Love my slippers.

Great place to get household items. Perfect for one of a kind gifts, too! I love that they stand behind their products. Just got the cop cam (as seen on TV, which by the way, should have been my tell of DO NOT BUY as with most as seen on TV products) and they took it back without question.

Good. Went in for tangle hairbrush an dont other knick knacks. Can use coupons on everything. Lines were long buy manager noticed it and immediately opened up three other registers. Sales associates are helpful. Parking is free. Neat and clean.

Well i saw this lil lady time item here. Of course i was out shopping with 40 bucks so I wouldnt over spend. When i get pd going to get it.The employees were knowledgeable about a place they working for as well as organized n felt like team players.Once again on time I went Monday after 10am

They have good deals but not very good customer service. We were told by our salesperson we could get the product we purchased deliver within 2 days. Called customer service when the item didnt come in and found out we wont get the product for another week, when we wont be available to collect it. In store management was less than helpful. Will probably avoid using them in the future.

This location and BBB needs to do a better job with their customer service and returns line. I waited between 15-20 min to do a return with a new purchase. They need to make it less painful to purchase and return for customers. .

Exactly what you would expect from a Bed, Bath & Beyond. I was able to quickly find what I was looking for and get out without an issue. Nice, friendly staff as well. This location is located on the top level - connected to a raised parking lot - of this stacked shopping mall.

Bed Bath and Beyond provides a good range of affordable and pricy stuff for kitchens, dining rooms, bathrooms, and general home furnishings. Chances are very good that you can find what you need for your home. Cheaper items are fairly poor quality and the quality items are quite expensive. Customer service is pretty difficult to find if you need help on the sales floor.

The girl that was at the #6 register today at 1:30 was annoyed when she has to void the game Clue golden girls version cause it was too expensive. Separately the same afternoon my daughter also had the not so much pleasure to wind up at #6 at 3:30 and had not a good experience.So... hOw many unhappy customers did she serve in those two hours. I could only imagine. BAD

As far as bbb goes this is one of the nice ones but not as big. Facility is new than others in the area. Better than Mt. Vernons but not as good as Elmsford.
