On today I decided to shop at Tractor Supply in Port Aurthur, Texas. However, after paying for my items the items layed on the counter and the cashier walked away. I said excuse me are you going to bag my merchandise? Then, the cashier replied were out of bags. Wow hand full of merchandise walking out of the store is unacceptable.Sams club is near and sell bags. As a temporary fix maybe you should consider purchasing some bags until the proper bags arrive. The cashier could have mentioned this ahead of time. I honestly started to get a refund.

They never have anyone that can fill a tank I went 3 different times.

Needed some stuff to keep my dogs safe after Laura blew down my fence. I tried the smart pet store and the pet company store and all I got was TERRIBLE service and wrong / mismatched equipment.Then Justin from Port Arthur TSC fixed everything in one phone call! Next time and every time I will think of Tractor Supply 1st!

Bad customer service. At the store 2 hours befire closing time and the clerk said they have plenty of propane but they dont want to fill anymore tonight. Some of us need this for heat. BasD way to do business! I wont be shopping here anymore.

Asked about a specific product, got I dunno, I dont think so. Made no effort to ask anyone else, or even check, or simply admit she didnt know what I was referring to, and again, get help from anyone else that may know out would take a moment to look.

Great store. Plenty to see. Needed a heavy duty trailer ball and they got em. Oh and got spicy peanuts.

I went here to buy my new puppy some dewormer and a flea collar. I was able to find both products very easily and the employees were so kind as well. One even complemented on any daughters curly hair. This place has everything you need to outdoors, pets, apparel and so much more. And its located closer to my home in port acres tx than other similar stores

Only found one thing we needed. We were told they had propane to find out that they didnt, after we purchased a bottle. They also didnt tell us until we had them paged again, and the guy came up laughing saying they were out.

My family and I love coming here. Super friendly staff and just a fun store to visit.

It has a very nice exterior and interior and the vet service on Sundays is great.

They go out of their way to make their customers happy. Sometimes the checkout is slow, but otherwise its a great store.

I met a guy named Westen there. I was looking for rabbit cages and stuff for rabbits. First of all that guy told me stuff about rabbits I didn’t know. Then showed me where everything was. Not mention he told me where to find other stuff. He knew the whole store, where everything was, and didn’t mind helping me and my wife out. He was in the middle of hauling 50lb sacks of food but still went above and beyond. I’m a tractor supply rewards member and im always in one. I don’t know what they’re paying Weston but it ain’t enough.

I called at 5:00 PM about filling propane tanks. I had 30 minute drive so when I got there it was sprinkling rain so they couldnt fill them. I desperately needed them for my camper.
