Ive found everything I need here for a good price

These folks have some tools. Very helpful.

Really stop going because they discontinued their coupons promotions. Their prices have gone up too. It used to be the place to go to get my tools but since they stop their 20% discount coupon it not worth going there anymore. Some of their tool are more than Lowe’s and Home Depot. And then they started selling so called hi end tools with high end prices. If I’m going to pay for a high end tool, I will get the real thing (Makita, Milwaukee to name a few). Just stick to your low end weekend warrior tools.

Great for the one time use special tools you need, dont come here for precision tools

Love the store! But all 4 women on the front end were rude, unprofessional and very dismissive of customers. 2 cashiers, 2 lines of 4 to 5 each. And one cashier closes her line, moving all to the only cashier. I watched 2 men put their merchandise down and walk out. I continued to shop so the line came down, I go back to front now 3 cashiers and a manager (female) and no customers. I checkout on a register that had a cardboard box in front of it, I placed all merchandise on counter as I could reach. The cashier was not rude but she was not engaging at all. Not the best shopping experience for sure...

There is one lil lady in particular who really knows her store. They switched isles around at the Port Arthur, TX. Memorial blv. location. And no matter what I went to her and asked for, she told me the exact isles and shelf location. The lady knows her store. Didnt get her name but, she was a matured lil black woman

The Port Arthur store has great staff that has been there since it opened.

Always have a large selection of quality equipment and accessories for various trades and the working person. Cant lose when Pittsburg and Bauer actually perform as good or better

Didnt have any electrical wire for sale, they used to carry 10,15, and 20 ft rolls, will have to go to Walmart to get Automotive Wire

Hard to find employees to help you. They are always out of 9 mil gloves. When someone finally helps you get checked out quickly.

Made online purchase 5/18/2020. Called customer service on 5/29/2020 to find out why it hasnt shipped. Was told it would ship on 6/2/2020. The shipping email order status still pending on 6/3/2020. Call CS to cancel was told will receive confirmation of cancellation within 24-48 hours. Called back 6/5/2020 CS said it was a cancellation request and they cant give me a confirmation of cancellation and that I could not speak to supervisor they are in meeting wait time 30-40 min. They said they could still end up shipping the order and charge account and just to return items. Not acceptable. I called back few minutes later to speak to someone different since CS operators are not all the same and some do try to rectify the situation. Now when call the and listening to the person speaking for 5 minutes it says this office is closed call back during business hours and hangs up 😡. Just got of the phone with someone. Seems thousands of businesses operator online with very little issues but harbor freight online experience is horrible. Called bank the cannot stop payment since it was approved on 5/18 pulled out of account and put back even if I cancel the card it would still go through. VERY FRUSTRATING AND WILL DEFINITELY TELL ALL MY WORKING SKILLED TRADES PEOPLE STEER CLEAR OF HARBOR FREIGHT ONLINE ORDERING.

Just about everything for a cheaper price, cashiers just seem like they would prefer be somewhere else but they do the basic to get you through!

Cheap Chinese tools of every kind... Great for light homeowner use, I wouldnt trust any safety items... or buy anything for heavy use.... but this location has a pretty helpful staff and you cant beat their prices very often...

Most items for the DIY person. Dislike some electrical and pneumatic tools as insurance policy sales are encouraged for these items. Just like Wal-Mart with their electronic and electrical items made in China, insurance policies are pushed.

I went to Harbor Freight yesterday with my dad, we purchased a Drill Master Circular saw so we could cut down my private fence that fell down. Theres still buildings to build to fill lots of empty lot spaces, but overall, its a very nice area to go eat, or shop.

I had a warranty for a roofing gun that I just bought and they wouldn’t let me bring it back

Whats not to like? Cool tools cheap. Now this place is for the beginner to get some experience with tools hes not used to. Some of the tools break easy. But their cheap enough you go buy another one.

Unfortunately only two employees were seen in the whole store. What should have taken minutes turned into an extended wait for assistance. Then to make matters worse, the merchandise listed online as available was not available in the store.

Its a discount hardware store. They decent equipment for the price. Its not all junk like some would think.

Yeah its ok. Just wish they had a bigger variety of tools but its a freindly environment.

Excellent prices on great tools and other things. They even have a few household, garden and kitchen items, along with a few toys. They carry wireless electronic alarms and lighting. Theres lots to check out in there and they run great specials. If you get on their mailing list they send you coupons for free items each time you go there.

It is a hit or miss with the stuff here. You can get good tools for your money or a hunk of junk.

I love Harbor Can find almost anything. The lady on the floor was very helpful the cashier could use a little customer service training.

Love a lot of things at Harbor Freight but do not buy any pumps and expect to return them. My hand pump broke on third pump action. The store refuses to give a refund.

I love this place. I always find good deals on things. They are really good on exchanges or refunds.

Because of covid19 they are out of gloves. They are not made for medical but they donated them to the hospital. Very civic minded for them but sucks for me.

Decent prices on imported tools. I dont really think of them as professional tools, but they work for most jobs! I also found out a long time ago that their tools tend to walk off less then brand name tools, so if you are working with those you cant trust, they are good to have!

Great place to purchase those things that you really need. One caution, if you see it and think that you want it, you better purchase it. Things change around this store, rapidly!

I came to the store at 830 in the morning. Had to dodge all the broken beer bottles and trash in the parking lot. The trashcan by the front door was overflowing and falling on the ground. Someone is not managing this place well.

There was one very helpful employee but the cashier acted like she didnt want to be there (same thing on two separate visits, same girl)

I LOVE this place!! This Harbor Freight location, like most all of the ones Ive been to, are staffed with the greatest of super nice, helpful, friendliest people Ive ever encountered at any retail establishment anywhere at any given time. I know thats saying alot about a place but checkout my other reviews and youll see Ive said this about no other place. Their prices are the best of any other, too. They guarentee their gloves too. Did you know that? Yep. I just found that out about a month ago. I dont have all the specifics, so you should probably ask the store you go to but I know if I wear holes in my gloves within 30 days of the time I buy them they will give me another pair free of charge. Why would you go anywhere else? I just love em.

Its harbor freight whats not to like about it and if you think just because its not necessary brand tools there gonna suck Ive had a grinder I bought from them for over three years now not a problem and lete say its been threw hell and back.

This place is better than the last one.And it has more tools at hand!
